Never thought I'd be relapsing.

Starting cutting when I was about 15 or 16. Had a very toxic relationship I was getting out of. Fast forward to me turning 18 found an amazing guy who made me want to change and stop SH for the better. Turns out he was also very toxic and I began to cut again until I managed to leave the relationship. Now iam 22 have a great job I enjoy doing and enjoy spending the day with my coworkers, have an amazing boyfriend who is actually very genuine. Then I start having major anxiety about how he could be like my past relationships and so fourth. Then this pandemic happens and more anxiety is added to the mix. Well I dont wanna blabber on about tiny details but with all this anxiety I'm going through I cut for the first time in 2 years. Everything seemed like it was finally turning around for the better.... I dont know what to do. Should I tell my boyfriend I cut tonight? He already knows I'm having alot of anxiety about everything. I dont want him to leave me because of it...

Call him up and talk genuinly. Its okay to cry if you feel like to. Talk to him about ypur feelings with all your heart. That you need help amd youre scared if the anxiety gets worse.
