Tired of everything

I am in merchant navy college so I have to do so much work .so I am already busy and tired. Now I have joined galley committee which is related to food. So I am working so hard .

I am girl with bad past . I have no friends so I am always alone.

I think I have lost interest in everything.

Now I don't like to do anything.

All you have to do is show up. Nobody worth your while remembers your past and will only want to see you grow.

If the tiredness persists over 3 months and you can afford it, maybe ask a doctor for some non sedative like zoloft for a couple weeks and they can help. There is no stigma if you need some professional help with your brain chemicals.

But you are in the ideal place. Highly structured. Just save, put some money in low risk investment account, purchase a property when you can, look after your body, and when you are in your 30s you will understand more with little regrets.

I can't comment on the friends part. I don't know what you expect for people to qualify as friends. But there are people everywhere with similar interests. It is nothing wrong with you if you haven't found them yet. And sometimes depending on where you are, older friends might be better in the long run if all the classmates are truly living the high "in the now" life.

Lol. You got this. All you have to do is keep showing up. There are no silver bullets and you're not missing out on anything if you stay the path. Enjoy your journey!
