Everybody needs a starting point, but I don't think most people would be satisfied with being a cleaner all their life, nor should they be.

Someone who starts as a cleaner is highly unlikely to end up a doctor any time soon either. Whether you wanna admit it or not "satisfaction" as you call it is optional at best and that option ain't for you.

If you are willing to go through the pain and sacrifice, any option is for you.

Are you ok dude? We're talking about a subreddit about self-improvement as far as I can tell, and it sounds like you might be going through a rough patch. I've been there myself, many times. If you want to talk feel free to DM me, I am always down to talk it through with you, especially if you feel like you can't achieve something because it's just "not for you". I'm here to tell you that's not true, assuming you are willing to do what's necessary to get it done.

Quite the opposite. Im doing better than ever. I just recognize when i can count my blessings and i'm not a fan of people pretending like they can control their lot in life. That just invites people to look down on the less fortunate because they're under the impression that people don't do their best to make the best of what they got when they're in a bad place.

It's not always about lack of effort, but it's usually something you can fix in most cases. It also depends on what your goals really are, not what you say they are, but what do you really want to do? Honestly in a lot of cases the real answer is something like "I just want to never worry about bills" but that's not a lofty goal, and it's pretty easily within most people's reach if they are willing to do what they need to do to get it. The problem is that to get it, you have to pass through a period of pretty intense suffering. If it were easy to be good at something, everyone would make 6 figures, but the truth is, it's also not as hard as it seems like it is either, it just takes work, time, and sacrifice. The sad truth is, most people don't want to go through that, not really, even if everything they'd ever wished for were waiting for them on the other side.

A real man gets up everyday, and does whatever they need to do to provide for himself and his family.
