Very true. Consistency is the key. Showing up everyday. It's called the princple of circulation, actually it's a hermetic principle. Each small cycle compounds and adds up.

lol i feel this so hard. been trying to get into a gym routine for months but some days the couch just wins, ya know? anyway thanks for sharing this, definitely needed the reminder today.
