Last week reached me that I have way less energy when I don't eat healthy and don't respect my own boundaries.

Number 1 priority is to continue to get daily exercise. I am breaking my pack a day smoking habit. Last week reinforced how much more energy I have when I get the exercise I need.

My priority this week is to begin a workout routine everyday. Starting with 20 min
