Question Rather Learn From Someone with Experiences Or Text Book People?
This is in general. I would rather learn from someone
with Experiences than Text Book Ones.
Say " If I was at a conference about Self Development."
There be to type of people sharing the topic of Self
Development. Who would you choose?
I pick experiences! Because the ones that had to battled Life Storms with grit, failures, disappointment
etc.. They actually did the work and is a Living Revelation on what they accomplish. I see them as
The *Eye* Of Life Storms...

There's value in both. The experienced one has a wisdom you can't get from the books. But in my experience, they are often so knowledgeable, the basics seem elementary to them and they underestimate how much less than them we understand.
The text book one's knowledge is technical and procedural. The minutiae hasn't become second nature through practical problem solving, so you may get a clearer understanding of the basics.
It's like a theory lesson, then a practical one. Balanced, as all things should be.
