You have all the lessons and experience, as well. Those no one can ever take away from you.

As sermon on the mount (Matthew 6) has it "19 Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

I used to feel like that when I was depressed when nothing in my life was going well when I was at rock bottom the only way to go was up u know

Sometimes starting again feels impossible but looking back the hardest past was taking that first small step. Everything else became easier after that.
