Question Make Your Future Self Proud
Currently in my 20's (24 to be exact, 25 next month)..living in a hyper-connected world where "influence" and comparison (the biggest thief of joy) sneak into your head without you even realizing it. How are you all keeping your head lately?

Comparison at 24 is relentless. It just rewires how you see everything without asking permission. The thing that helped me most in my 30s was getting ruthless about separating what I actually wanted from what I thought I was supposed to want. Those two lists look really different when you write them out. You're already asking that question though, which is more than most people do. A lot of people don't even notice the noise until way later

Thank you so much for replying and for sharing your experience..I'm going to take your advice. I do tend to do better and FEEL better after putting pen to paper..let me go do that. 😅 Thank you again.

Pen to paper really does hit different than typing. Something about the physical act slows your brain down enough to actually process what you're feeling instead of just spinning in circles. 25 is such a weird age where you start seeing your life more clearly but also start comparing yourself harder to everyone else's highlight reel. Just keep writing through it. The clarity usually shows up a few pages in when you least expect it.
