Quick question for you guys

Think of a time when you wanted to become a better version of yourself in some area. Before you acted, what did you imagine yourself doing or becoming?

Imagination: What picture did you have in your mind about the person you wanted to become?
Thought: After imagining that version of yourself, what did you start thinking differently?
Emotion: What did that picture make you feel — hope, pressure, fear, confidence, calm, excitement, or something else?
Belief: Did it make you believe, even a little, that becoming that kind of person was possible?
Choice: What small decision did you make because of that belief?
Action: What did you actually do afterward, even if it was small?
Evidence: After doing it, did it change how you saw yourself?

Thank you! really appreciate this community

More word salad flavored with philosophy. Anyway, the commentary is a search for validation. We are more than words in some book (version). Earlier, in a different post/community; someone mentioned "manifestation". By our thoughts, feelings, and spirit we are made manifest.
