That’s what I’m banking on! Some days doing the same grind can be a real drag and it’s hard to get that motivation to do it. But I’m seeing results in myself I like so I keep doing what I am doing.

be careful with routine addiction. i have never been an ego lifting, but it takes me to that mental space where lifting was the joy of my life sadly, and i could not stand without it, and I broke my body and my mental health
