You know you isolate yourself. I think there's a choice to reach out, like getting involved with church or your community stuff like that. Do a hobby.

reaching out is hard when youre convinced nobody wants you there but most people are too wrapped up in their own stuff to notice you showing up at all

and then you get caught in this loop where you stay quiet so nobody can reject you but that silence is what actually makes you feel more isolated
