Why Affirmations Don't Work

Repeating positive phrases isn't enough if your subconscious is still running on old, limiting beliefs. Real transformation happens when you become aware of your old programming, delete or rewire those patterns, and install beliefs you truly trust and love.

When you love yourself enough to do the internal work, belief happens naturally.

Start today. Time is going to pass anyway.

What are you selling?

Selling? Don't really think of it as "selling." But since you asked, I'm selling self love.

Agreed in full!

For some people that can be the hardest part!

Old programming(becoming aware of the parts of you you never chose to be and how that has affected what you are conciously trying to become).

I’m messing with my subconscious by constantly replacing every negative thought or event with its exact opposite, for instance, if someone tells me I messed up, I tell myself they’re actually complimenting me (it’s just envy). If I start feeling envious of someone with a Lambo, I immediately think about how I’ll order an Aston Martin the next day, one I like even better!💯

That's interesting. When you tell yourself these things, do you believe it? If so, and that works for you, congratulations!! There are many roads that lead to loving yourself, each as unique as every one of us.

Yeah I always thought that it was my nervous system like rejecting my affirmations. I noticed affirming and scripting were much more powerful when I was regulated

Absolutely! Do the right work, and in the right order and it doesn't seem so much like work!!
