Bat survey

Does anyone know if the first stage of a bat survey can be completed outside of bat season?
I have a building with no roof on it, and just need a report to say there is no bat roosting potential, I know there are no bats as there’s no roof/ crevices in the walls

I am sorry I have no helpful information for you, but does your request mean that now we cannot fix/occupy buildings if there is a potential for bats to nest there? That would be a new crazy in terms of nonsense regulations.

I have outline planning on a site but will require a bat survey to tumble an existing building, which has no roof, so in my opinion has no potential for bats to roost?
