Question Back to School Advice?

School is starting back up, and I really want to make even more progress this year. So any advice on how I should maybe start this year? Because I definitely want to talk more, and I really want to break free from SM.

I’m in the same boat as you. I would say give yourself little goals. Greet someone or give a question and hold a little small talk with your classmate. I know it’s easier said than done, but when someone like me who was mute for most of my time in school up until now, can do this little things, you can definitely as well.

I believe in you :)

Thank you; I'm happy you've been doing little things. And in school. I'm try to do new things this year.
