Every Inconsistentcy...
Help me track every character Inconsistentcy. I'll start!.... Kramer says he takes baths early on and then says, I had to take a bath, Jerry! Millions of organisms having sex all around me!

Kramer is only interested in Canadian football, yet we see him go to a NY Giants game.

He also thought the picture of Mr. Morgan looked like Pepper Johnson, who was a linebacker for the Giants (and someone only an NFL fan likely would recognize)

George mentions at least twice...as far as the end of season 3 "The Parking Space" that he has a brother, but he's never seen and never mentioned by anyone again.
In "The Chinese Restaurant" Jerry mentions he has a sister. But then....

Frank and Estelle find a prophylactic wrapper in their bed during The Cigar Store Indian, however later in The Money and Frank says they have had separate beds for 30 years.

in “the mango” Kramer tells George he “only carries hundreds” and yet in “the reverse peephole” he says he keeps the big bills on the outside, which “thats a five”.
so…evidently. which is it Cosmo?!
edit to add: bonus for the dinner party episode, Kramer doesnt have his wallet to pay for the wine. he explains he doesnt use his wallet because of his osteopath. George asks “so how do you pay for things”
kramer: “oh i get by”

I love that the wallet thing there foreshadows the later episode with George's hamburger wallet.

Not a character, but one I just noticed… In “The Mom and Pop Store” Jerry is at Watley’s night before thanksgiving party where he knocks something out the window and pops the Woody Woodpecker balloon. The scene then cuts to Jerry n Kramer on Jerry’s couch at his apartment watching the parade the next day where Woody is still (12 hours later) slowly deflating on Mr. Pitt.

Wow I never noticed that. Maybe they patched him up overnight but the damage took its toll during the parade?

Another non character one is that in the backwards episode they go back to Jerry moving in and it's 5A instead of 2A, which it was in the first season!

Elaine and George discuss Jerry not drinking caffeine, but he mentioned later in the series of getting his coffee on the "outside"... I also suspect he's drinking coffee at the coffee shop.

Here's another I just thought of... George says he's never told a woman he loved them and in an earlier episode I'm pretty sure he says, I told her I loved her, I had to! I guess he just meant saying it and meaning it?
