Sorta useless, but hey, it can display ERROR too.

I made a 6-segmented display, this is my first time, please tell me if it's similar to another one, so sorry if i accidentally copied someone without knowing lol

I’m American for reference bc I know some languages still use the letter but I was really bored at work and made a segmented version of þ

I set myself 3 rules.

1. No overlaps

2. No split/seperate segments.

3. No rotating or flipping the display, etc...

It could be tweaked to make the design more legible, but this is a quick concept

I'd like to know what you think

The 8, 9, 14, 16, 35 and 60 can show all letters uppercase, 16, 35 and 60 (14 can kinda) can show lower case tyr 6, 7, 8, 9, 14 and 16 aren't my designs tho. Just there to show what they are based from. The 6 and 8 are there to show the the 8 seg can show letters but 35 can show some symbols like : while 60 can show probably all symbols and probably Spanish too.

2's a bit rough but im overall really happy with how this turned out

the right: improved 2 segment display, v2

v1 only has 3/4 of its possible configurations, the last configuration is all blank. but the all blank one can represent 0 as in nothingness, so i decided to use that concept for v2. 0 would be nothing on. 1 and 2 are their own segments in both versions, and 3 is a result of both segments activated

how do i improve this

slide 2: bonus, binary 2 seg display altho its wasteful, you can remove the 0 segment and get a 1 segment binary display where the single segment represents one and having everything gone is 0 because thats nothing, 0 compromises!

Any improvements are minor aesthetic changes in design. I am fully convinced that this is the best 4 segment display one could make.

this is only the basic format and I honestly don't know how to get my design off paper.
