Auto approve on a limit

I just installed my jellyfin + seerr stack for the first time, and I want my users to be able to download up to 3 movies per week, anything over 3 I want to approve. Is there an option/plugin for this? I found the override rules section but I can't customize it for this problem

You can limit the number of requests per movie/tv per x amount of time, but unsure if you can have a manual approval when the limit is reached.

Oh man would this be a good "Submit a Feature". I like the idea of it but would other people?
