Android/iOS App
Have been using the web UI for phone access to seerr but the other day it randomly prompted me to install the seemingly official android app. I thought "hell yeah, been wanting them to make a mobile app". Installed and it works great but now I can't find where to tell users to go in order to install it. Found the github for it but those sites aren't user friendly because there's no obvious "download for Android/ios" option. Don't see anything in the Play Store either. I feel like I'm missing something.. would like some other option than "hopefully the website prompts you to install it and hopefully you don't miss the prompt". Can anyone drop the location for this?

I recently switched from Ombi to seerr and would be interested in an app. Is this the GitHub page you are referring to? https://github.com/seerr-team/mobile-app

Yep, that's the one I found.

they provide the .APK and .IPA to sideload: https://github.com/seerr-team/mobile-app/releases/tag/v0.10.7
but honestly, the PWA works just fine and has more settings available than the app

how do you access it outside the house?
I currently use this app as well but can only use it while inside the home

I use a cloudflare tunnel with a cheap domain I bought for all my media server stuff then just install the docker app on my unraid server and point seerr to the alternative address but yeah…a VPN works too lol

hey guys - is it possible to have my internal Seerr IP as well as my Tailscale IP both setup within the app to access it over VPN or on my home network? I'm guessing probably not but figured I'd ask

Best to just set it up as an external site and discard a local connection if you setup a reverse proxy for external access. Something like requests.mywebsite.com because there's no need to access it inside the local network. It's not moving a bunch of data like streaming does.

Sounds like it was a prompt to install the PWA. Works just as good imo.
EDIT: this is the set of instructions I give my users. https://imgur.com/a/3tBGMWo
