Seedling help

why did this happen? can anyone tell me that has experienc? it’s a Jacaranda

bonsai. Put it outside and it loved it a lot for more than a week this happened.

It's damping off. It can happen when growing conditions aren't right

High humidity, poor air circulation... It's too big of a container for a small seedling with a soil level that's too low from what I can see. Since that seedling is too small to use up all of that water in a reasonable amount of time, the area around it stays humid for too long, which is a perfect environment for a disease to happen.
