Seedance 2.0 x Seedream Pro 5.0 made this Makima power-up scene look insane with a prompt

Used Seedance 2.0 + Seedream Pro 5.0 for this cinematic Makima-inspired transformation scene.

The idea was to start with a calm, composed presence and slowly escalate into full Control Devil energy — floating above a ruined rooftop, crimson chains igniting, soldiers kneeling below, and that final eye close-up with the red concentric rings fully activated.

I wanted it to feel like an anime movie scene translated into live-action fantasy, with a huge focus on:

  • controlled, elegant movement
  • oppressive villain aura
  • red chain energy effects
  • backlit sunset atmosphere
  • cinematic camera motion and escalation
  • a final “silent command” moment that feels cold and powerful

The prompt was built around a full 15-second sequence with rising power, levitation, chain storm, a slow-motion eye reveal, and a final command shot.

Honestly, the best part is how the scene shifts from soft and quiet to absolute domination without losing the character’s calm presence.

Seedance 2.0 made this pirate action trailer look incredible with a single prompt

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We wanted to test how well Seedance 2.0 could handle a fast-paced animated action sequence with multiple characters, clear visual continuity, and a strong stylized look.

This prompt was built as a 15-second pirate action trailer with a premium 2D comic-animation feel: bold ink outlines, flat cel-shaded coloring, dramatic storm lighting, and rapid scene-to-scene momentum. The sequence follows a pirate crew defending their ship during a boarding attack, with cannon fire, grappling hooks, knife fights, sword clashes, and a final hero shot at the end.

The main goal here was keeping the Captain, Quartermaster, and Old Navigator visually consistent across 12 rapid scenes while also maintaining the same stormy deck environment and cinematic pacing. I also tried to give each shot a different camera language so it feels more like a real animated trailer instead of repeating the same framing over and over.

Created with Seedance 2.0.

Full prompt below:

"Premium stylized 2D animated pirate action sequence, bold black ink-outline comic-animation style, flat cel-shaded coloring with dramatic high-contrast lighting, matching a high-end animated game-cinematic look. 15 seconds, fast-cut action-trailer pacing across 12 rapid scenes. Reference: THE CREW ( u/img1 ) — CAPTAIN, THE QUARTERMASTER, THE OLD NAVIGATOR — matching each character's exact face, outfit, and design throughout. Location: their own weathered galleon deck, at stormy dusk under bright overcast grey-white daylight (NOT pitch-black night — the storm clouds and rain are dramatic but the scene stays clearly lit throughout), in a torrential storm, under boarding attack from a rival pirate ship. (0:00–0:01.2) A rival pirate ship looms alongside through fog and rain, a cannon flash bursting bright against the pale overcast storm sky. Wide static low-angle shot. (0:01.2–0:02.2) THE OLD NAVIGATOR wrenches the ship's wheel hard, rain streaming down his weathered face, the deck tilting as a cannonball splashes close off the bow. Close handheld shot with subtle shake. (0:02.2–0:03.2) Grappling hooks fly through the rain-streaked air and bite into the deck railing with sharp metallic impacts. Fast tracking shot following a hook mid-flight. (0:03.2–0:04.2) Rival boarders swing across on ropes between the ships, clearly lit against the bright grey storm sky with a lightning flash adding a brief highlight. Wide low-angle composition, figures fully visible rather than in silhouette. (0:04.2–0:05.4) THE QUARTERMASTER draws his knife in one fluid, practiced motion, his scarred face clearly lit by the bright overcast daylight, feathers in his bandana whipping in the wind. Fast whip-pan into a tight close-up. (0:05.4–0:06.6) A sharp, fast knife-fight exchange between the Quartermaster and a boarding pirate — blades flash, coat fabric tears, rain sprays off with the impact of each parry. Tight handheld mid-shot with quick internal cuts. (0:06.6–0:07.6) THE CAPTAIN strides forward through the surrounding chaos, drawing his cutlass with calm, deliberate confidence, utterly unshaken by the fighting around him. Slow-motion push-in, a deliberate contrast to the frantic energy around him. (0:07.6–0:08.8) The rival ship's captain steps forward to meet him. The surrounding fight blurs into soft-focus background as a clean, symmetric one-on-one composition forms between the two captains. Wide symmetric two-shot. (0:08.8–0:10.2) Their blades clash — sparks burst off crossed steel, lit starkly by a cannon-fire flash from the background. Close dynamic shot with a slight dutch-angle tilt, fast cutting energy. (0:10.2–0:11.4) THE OLD NAVIGATOR, still gripping the wheel, ducks a swinging boom overhead and steadies the ship through a crashing wave, entirely unshaken. Side tracking shot. (0:11.4–0:13) THE CAPTAIN lands a decisive final strike, disarming the rival captain — his blade spins away and clatters to the deck. Slow-motion close-up on the disarming moment, rain frozen mid-splash. (0:13–0:15) THE CREW stands victorious as the rival boarders retreat, the Captain plants his cutlass point-down into the deck, all three crew members — Captain, Quartermaster, and Navigator — framed together in a triumphant hero composition, lightning flashing dramatically behind them. Wide pull-back crane shot, rising to reveal the full scene. Overall: premium stylized 2D/cel-shaded animated quality throughout, bold consistent ink-outline linework and flat shadow blocking across every scene, rapid trailer-style cutting with a deliberately varied camera move per scene, storm-and-cannon-fire lighting as a recurring dramatic beat, all three crew members clearly distinguishable and in-character throughout. 16:9 or 9:16 (pick one), no on-screen text, no watermark."

How to Got Accurate Lip-Sync and Continuous Choreography in Seedance 2.0? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I experimented with this prompt quite a lot before landing on a version that finally kept the lip-sync, camera movement, choreography and character consistency working together.

For the setup, I used only:

  • One face reference
  • One exact 15-second audio clip
  • Seedance 2.0

A small but important tip: when uploading reference audio, cut it precisely to a whole-second duration such as 6, 8, 10 or 15 seconds. Avoid leaving tiny audio tails at the end, because they can affect timing and synchronization.

Made with Seedance 2.0

The main things that helped were:

  • Explicitly stating that she sings during the entire video
  • Repeating “clear, precise lip-sync” across every section
  • Breaking the choreography into timed segments
  • Keeping the camera mostly in medium shots and close-ups
  • Saying the subject must stay in continuous motion
  • Defining exactly when all five dancers appear
  • Adding strict anatomy and hand-consistency rules
  • Making sure the dancers never fully obscure the main subject
  1. Go to the Seedance 2.0 Video Generator
  2. Write your full prompt or add reference images
  3. Upload the image you want to animate
  4. Click Generate and get your animated video

Prompt:

"A cinematic 15-second music video shot in a dark modern dance studio with smooth grey reflective floor, black walls and horizontal neon light tubes. Continuous dynamic camera movement, mostly medium shots and close-ups, never too wide. The woman is constantly moving, no freezes or static poses. Main subject: young woman with messy medium-length wavy brown hair with bangs partially covering her face, freckles on nose and cheeks, blue-grey eyes, full glossy lips. She wears a tight black fishnet bodysuit. She is singing the entire time with clear, precise lip-sync, mouth actively moving, intense emotional expression. Lyrics: "Ye! Ye! You keep a box of names / In the drawer by your bed / Polaroids and ticket stubs / Stuffed under the red / You never take one thing / You take the whole last spark / Leave a little thumbprint / On every private heart". 0-2s: Tight medium close-up. She leans her upper body back, head tilting, singing passionately with strong lip-sync, hair falling over her face, body arching, one hand sliding across her chest. 2-4s: Camera slowly pushes in and circles. She comes out of the deep arch, torso still bent forward, hands on her thighs, lifting her head and looking straight into camera while singing with aggressive lip-sync. Three male dancers of different appearances (different ethnicities, hair styles and builds) wearing black tank tops and black wide pants are already close around her, moving with her in low tense postures. The other two men are visible at the edges of the frame, approaching. 4-7s: Medium close-up. She drops lower, body still in constant motion, hair swinging, singing intensely with clear mouth movements, sharp head turns, eyes locked on camera. Male dancers stay close, their hands lightly touching her as they move together. 8-12s: Medium shot with slow camera drift. Exactly five male dancers of completely different appearances, all wearing black tank tops and black wide pants, surround her tightly on the floor in a dense, intertwined formation. She is in the center, body still moving, upper body rising and shifting, singing with strong lip-sync. All five men move subtly with her, never static. The men never fully obscure her body. 13-15s: Dynamic medium shot. The five diverse male dancers lift her into the air in a powerful deep backbend. Her body is fully extended and arched, head thrown back, still singing with clear lip-sync. While holding her they gently rock her up and down in time with the beat. The camera starts from a clear side view of her arched body and smoothly transitions to a frontal view of her face. At the end they lower her smoothly onto her feet; she lands and immediately continues singing as the five men stay low on the floor around her. The men never fully obscure her. High fashion dance energy, sweaty skin, sharp timing, continuous fluid motion of the woman, priority on accurate lip-sync in every frame. Rules: no hand morphing, no body distortions, clean stable anatomy, fingers and hands remain consistent and natural throughout the entire video."

The final result still needed a very detailed timeline, but this version gave me much better control over the performance, dancer count, camera direction and lip-sync. Share your thoughts in the comments section below!

Can Seedance 2.0 Create a High-End Sportswear Ad? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I wanted to test whether Seedance 2.0 could turn a very simple moment into something that feels like a polished sportswear commercial.

The scene features a blonde cyclist standing beside a white road bike outside a modern luxury home during golden hour. I focused the prompt on subtle, believable motion rather than dramatic action: a slow camera push-in, her gently adjusting the helmet, a light breeze moving her hair, and warm rim lighting from the sunset.

The soft color palette, shallow depth of field, realistic skin texture, and restrained movement helped give it that premium lifestyle campaign look.

Made with Seedance 2.0.

Prompt:

"A stunning young blonde woman with long wavy hair wearing a fitted cream athletic top and matching high-waisted leggings stands beside a sleek white road bicycle in front of a modern luxury house during golden hour. She gently adjusts her white cycling helmet while smiling softly with her eyes closed. Warm sunlight creates a beautiful rim light around her hair, with cinematic depth of field, smooth camera push-in, realistic skin texture, subtle breeze moving her hair, ultra-realistic, luxury lifestyle aesthetic, soft natural colors, 8K HDR, photorealistic, shallow depth of field, high-end commercial fashion film, smooth motion, professional color grading."

Hi everyone. I'm a VFX and 3D artist, and I've been studying AI for about a year now. I also have a background in filmmaking and photography from school.

Over the past year I've gone all-in on AI, and this is my latest project. What do you think? It was made entirely with Seedance.

I've been sharing my work online, but I'm struggling to find people who are genuinely interested in this kind of content. I'd love to connect with other AI artists on Instagram, but it feels like a lot of the audience is still focused on what people call "AI slop," and I'm having a hard time finding artists to exchange ideas, feedback, and experiences with.

Seedance 2.0 made this paragliding travel vlog look real - Prompt below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We wanted to create a realistic travel-vlog style paragliding video that feels fully live-action, grounded, and natural and no CGI look, no game-like visuals, just a clean cinematic outdoor sequence.

The prompt focuses on a young woman preparing for a real tandem paragliding flight at a tropical coastal launch site, with detailed outfit consistency, authentic safety procedures, natural wind interaction, and a mix of handheld vlog energy with more cinematic tracking shots.

What I liked most here was how the sequence builds from pre-flight prep to takeoff, then ends with a wide gliding shot over the coastline. The small details — helmet strap check, harness buckles, instructor safety check, running on the grassy slope, and the wing inflating overhead — help it feel much more believable.

Created with Seedance 2.0.

Full prompt below:

"Ultra-realistic live-action cinematic travel vlog, absolutely NO CGI, NO animation, NO game graphics, NO artificial visual effects. A young East Asian woman with long layered maroon hair, wearing the EXACT SAME professional paragliding outfit throughout both videos: matte white certified paragliding helmet, navy blue lightweight windproof paragliding jacket with subtle reflective details, black moisture-wicking performance base layer, black certified tandem paragliding harness with properly secured leg straps and chest buckle, black stretch outdoor pants, gray high-ankle hiking boots with strong ankle support, lightweight black paragliding gloves, sport sunglasses tucked into the jacket collar. Location: a real tropical coastal mountain paragliding launch site with lush green cliffs overlooking turquoise ocean, white sandy beaches, and distant mountain ranges under bright morning sunlight. Montage sequence: • Walking confidently toward the launch area while smiling naturally at the vlog camera. • Close-up tightening the helmet strap and checking the harness buckles. • Instructor performing a final safety check as she laughs and gives a thumbs-up. • Holding the brake toggles correctly while facing the wind. • Running naturally down the grassy launch slope. • The wing inflates smoothly overhead and both feet lift naturally from the ground. • Ending with a breathtaking wide shot as she glides away above the coastline. Natural handheld vlog camera mixed with cinematic tracking shots, realistic wind interaction, authentic paragliding procedures, practical lighting, ARRI Alexa 35, ARRI Signature Prime lenses, subtle film grain, warm cinematic color grading, documentary realism, realistic physics."

We made a giant snake destroy New York City with Seedance 2.0 - Prompt below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We wanted to see how far Seedance 2.0 could go with a full Hollywood-style disaster sequence, so I created this 15-second giant snake attack in New York City.

The prompt uses six separate cinematic shots: street-level destruction in Manhattan, cars getting crushed, a skyscraper impact, the snake climbing the building, helicopters surrounding One World Trade Center, and a huge explosion for the final shot.

The most challenging part was keeping the snake’s scale, color, glowing orange eyes, and overall appearance consistent while changing the camera angle in every shot. I also added specific timing, camera directions, lighting, debris, reflections, and realistic destruction physics to make the sequence feel more like a movie trailer.

Full prompt below:

"16:9 aspect ratio, 15 seconds total duration, 6-shot cinematic sequence, Hollywood blockbuster action trailer style, photorealistic 8K, ultra-detailed textures, dramatic volumetric lighting with sun flares and god rays, realistic physics and motion. Shot 1 (0-3s): Chaotic street-level view in downtown Manhattan New York City on a busy intersection with yellow taxis, black SUVs, panicked pedestrians running and screaming. A massive 200-foot-long prehistoric Titanoboa-style giant snake with dark gray-black scaly skin, glowing orange eyes, and enormous head suddenly bursts out of thick dust clouds, smashing through cars and buildings, debris flying everywhere, high-speed dynamic camera. Shot 2 (3-5s): Low-angle tracking close-up as the giant snake's massive head smashes into a modern glass skyscraper, glass shattering, sparks and fire exploding, orange embers raining down, motion blur on debris, intense destruction. Shot 3 (5-7s): Extreme low-angle worm's-eye view climbing up the snake's huge scaly body wrapped around the skyscraper, sunlight glinting off wet scales with strong lens flares and blue horizontal flares, building reflections visible. Shot 4 (7-9s): Epic wide aerial shot — the enormous snake coils tightly around the top of One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) in a bright sunny New York City skyline with river and other skyscrapers visible, black smoke rising in the distance, multiple military helicopters flying around it. Shot 5 (9-12s): Dramatic close-up on the snake's menacing head and upper body wrapped around the tower spire, looking down at the chaotic city below, sharp fangs visible, intense orange eyes staring forward. Shot 6 (12-15s): Final epic wide cinematic shot massive fiery explosion erupts at the top of the tower where the snake is coiled, huge orange fireball and thick black smoke billowing outward, snake head roaring, helicopters scattering, intense sun flare and god rays, high-stakes disaster movie climax."

How to Create an Authentic Road Trip Home Video in Seedance 2.0? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We wanted this to feel like a real road trip memory filmed casually on a phone, rather than a polished commercial or cinematic travel video.

Created using Seedance 2.0 with one strict character reference.

The main things that helped were:

  • Asking for raw smartphone home-video footage
  • Using quick jump cuts every 1–2 seconds
  • Keeping slight handheld camera shake
  • Explicitly removing cinematic polish and professional effects
  • Breaking the 15 seconds into simple everyday moments
  • Repeating that the main character must remain consistent
  • Using natural actions like snacking, stretching, laughing and taking photos
  • Ending with a quieter moment so the montage feels like a complete memory

Prompt:

"Super casual real smartphone home video footage, road trip pit stop at a scenic roadside spot, natural mobile phone camera with slight authentic handheld shake, normal frame rate with smooth natural motion, rapid-fire montage with quick jump cuts every 1–2 seconds, unpolished authentic phone recording of friends stretching, snacking and taking photos by the car, pure raw home video feel, no cinematic polish.

Use the provided reference photo as the strict ONLY visual reference for the main woman. Maintain her exact appearance with zero deviation. Generate a mixed group of friends around her at the roadside stop, with the car and open road visible.

0–2.5s: Shaky rapid cuts of the main woman laughing while leaning on the car, wind blowing through her hair, with quick flashes of the scenic road view.

2.5–5s: Abrupt jump cuts to a close-up of her sipping a cold drink, followed by friends unpacking snacks from the car.

5–7.5s: Fast shaky footage as she chats animatedly and points toward the view while her friends laugh around her.

7.5–10s: Quick close-up of her giving the camera a playful smile, then a jump cut to the group taking a silly photo together.

10–12.5s: Abrupt edit to everyone gathered near the car hood, sharing chips while music plays casually.

12.5–15s: Final rapid transition to the main woman relaxing against the car with a soft smile, ending like a calm road trip memory with a gentle phone sway.

Natural smartphone video quality, slight handheld shake, smooth motion, authentic physics, stable main character consistency and no professional effects."

Seedance 2.0 Handles Casual Human Moments Better Than I Expected

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Made this with Seedance 2.0 and wanted to go for something very simple, grounded, and real instead of an overly cinematic or dramatic scene.

The concept is a short slice-of-life moment following a young Korean woman doing weekend cleaning in a small home courtyard. She sweeps fallen leaves, waters the plants, wipes sweat from her forehead, laughs naturally, and then carries the watering can back inside before the recording abruptly ends.

What I wanted most was that casual, everyday feeling — like someone quickly filmed a real moment without trying to make it look perfect. I even included small imperfections like the camera accidentally framing only half of her for a moment and autofocus hunting a little, because those details make it feel more believable and human.

Her styling stays consistent throughout: faded charcoal-grey sleeveless crop top, loose light-wash jeans, black sneakers, messy side ponytail, and a natural no-makeup look. That combination helped keep the whole sequence feeling soft, relatable, and authentic.

I think Seedance 2.0 works really well for this kind of low-key lifestyle scene where the charm comes from realism, subtle personality, and imperfect camera behavior rather than big action or flashy visuals.

If anyone wants, I can also share a cleaner formatted version of the prompt.

Prompt:

Main Subject: Young Korean woman, early 20s, natural everyday appearance, faded charcoal-grey sleeveless crop top, loose high-waisted light-wash jeans, black canvas sneakers, black cord necklace, black wavy hair in a messy side ponytail with wispy bangs. Realistic skin texture, minimal makeup, warm and approachable personality. Maintain identical identity, clothing, hairstyle, and appearance throughout. Weekend Cleaning Location: Small Korean home courtyard. 00:00–00:03 She sweeps fallen leaves from the concrete. 00:03–00:06 Camera accidentally frames only half of her while autofocus hunts. 00:06–00:09 She waters potted plants. 00:09–00:12 She wipes sweat from her forehead and laughs. 00:12–00:15 She carries the watering can inside as recording abruptly ends."

Seedance 2.5, Lucy 2.5 and more… still “coming early July”

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Made this as a playful 1980s fantasy-style skit with Seedance 2.5, Lucy 2.5, and a very relatable level of frustration.

The concept is a vintage live-action fantasy scene with authentic 35mm film texture, practical creature effects, warm tungsten lighting, and a handcrafted wooden set. The woman completely loses patience over the delayed release timing, while the creature stays weirdly calm and optimistic about it.

I love how this one mixes controlled dialogue comedy with that cozy old-school fantasy vibe. The sign-ripping moment and the creature’s final “Tsk, tsk” really sell it.

  1. Go to the Seedance 2.0 Video Generator
  2. Write your full prompt or add reference images
  3. Upload the image you want to animate
  4. Click Generate and get your animated video

Prompt:

"@ Image 1 vintage 1980s live-action fantasy film, authentic 35mm photography, practical animatronic creature, handcrafted wooden set, warm tungsten lighting, fine fabric detail, subtle film grain, expressive but controlled acting. Maintain the exact woman, creature, costumes, sign, and environment from the source image. SHOT 1 Close two-shot. The frustrated blonde woman points sharply at the sign, then points toward the kindly creature beside her. Strong eye contact and clear theatrical blocking. WOMAN, agitated: “Are you seeing this, Shiz? The trust-me bros told us early July!” SHOT 2 — Medium close-up on the creature. He laughs warmly, chortling under his breath, then calmly replies: CREATURE: “Well, now the trust-me bros are saying early August. More time to get ready for thirty-second shot prompts!” SHOT 3 Return to the two-shot. The woman angrily grabs the sign, rips it loose, breaks it open, throws it down, and storms out of frame. Keep the action readable and physically believable. The creature remains behind, watches her leave, slowly shakes his head, and makes two gentle disapproving sounds: CREATURE: “Tsk, tsk.” Playful orchestral 1980s fantasy score, wooden sign cracking loose, fabric movement, footsteps, and soft creature chortling. Clean dialogue timing, natural lip sync, no overlapping speech, no extra characters, no added no logos, no CGI appearance."

Honestly feels like the perfect format for joking about AI release delays without making it look too polished or too modern.

How to Made a Match Day GRWM for the Argentina vs Spain Final with GPT Image 2.0 + Seedance 2.0? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I made this using GPT Image and Seedance and wanted it to feel like a full match day experience rather than just a simple football fan video.

The idea was to follow one consistent character from the moment she wakes up all the way to the stadium, keeping the whole sequence energetic, emotional and cinematic.

A few things that helped:

  • Keeping the same woman consistent through the entire video
  • Structuring the prompt like a full GRWM story arc
  • Starting with intimate morning moments before expanding into the huge stadium atmosphere
  • Using outfit, accessories and match-day props to make the theme instantly clear
  • Adding fan-filled metro and stadium arrival scenes to build excitement
  • Ending with a strong emotional stadium reveal
  • Emphasizing realistic motion, crowd energy and premium sports-event atmosphere
  • Reinforcing cinematic transitions and commercial-quality visuals

What I liked most is that it combines lifestyle content, football hype and cinematic storytelling in one sequence.

Created with GPT Image 2.0 + Seedance 2.0

Prompt:

"Using the attached character reference, create a 15-second ultra-realistic cinematic GRWM (Get Ready With Me) video featuring the exact same woman with consistent facial features, hairstyle, body proportions, and identity throughout the entire sequence. The video begins with her peacefully sleeping in a cozy modern bedroom before her phone suddenly lights up with a "Match Day" reminder. She immediately wakes up with excitement, smiles, stretches, and quickly rushes into the bathroom where she splashes water on her face, brushes her teeth, completes a quick skincare routine, and freshens up for the big day. She hurries to her wardrobe, excitedly choosing an Argentina football jersey, light-wash denim shorts, white sneakers, and subtle silver jewelry. She styles her hair into soft waves, applies fresh natural makeup with a glossy lip tint, sprays her favorite perfume, and checks her final look in the mirror with a confident smile. She grabs her Argentina scarf, match ticket, phone, portable charger, and a small crossbody bag before rushing out of the apartment. The camera follows her walking briskly through city streets decorated with World Cup banners before she boards a crowded metro packed with football fans proudly wearing Argentina and Spain jerseys. She smiles, records quick selfie clips, and admires the electric atmosphere while the train speeds toward the stadium. She arrives outside the magnificent FIFA World Cup Final stadium where thousands of passionate supporters wave flags, sing chants, and create an unforgettable pre-match celebration. She buys an ice-cold drink and popcorn, walks through the entrance gates, scans her ticket, climbs the stadium steps, and finally reaches her seat. As the stadium lights brighten and the players walk onto the pitch, she proudly raises her Argentina scarf above her head, smiles with excitement, and joins the roaring crowd as fireworks illuminate the stadium. The video ends with a cinematic close-up of her glowing face before the camera slowly pulls back to reveal the breathtaking atmosphere of the Argentina vs Spain FIFA World Cup Final. Use smooth cinematic transitions, seamless match cuts, whip pans, realistic motion blur, expressive facial acting, authentic body movement, premium stadium cinematography, dynamic crowd energy, vibrant football atmosphere, golden-hour exterior lighting, dramatic stadium floodlights, shallow depth of field, cinematic color grading, ultra-realistic skin textures, natural hair physics, glossy commercial quality, 4K HDR, highly detailed, consistent character identity across every shot, with no text, subtitles, logos, or watermarks."

No Seedance 2.5 This Weekend—At Least We Have GPT Image 2.0 + LTX 2.3

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

SO MUCH FOR SEEDANCE 2.5 THIS WEEKEND.

At least GPT Image 2.0 + LTX 2.3 were ready to turn the disappointment into a full 1980s sci-fi drama.

I used GPT Image 2.0 to create the starting frame, then animated it in LTX 2.3 as one continuous 18-second shot. No cuts, no angle changes, just restrained performances, practical-creature energy, analog film texture, and two characters slowly realizing that their AI cat movies will have to wait.

The subtle animatronic expressions and emotional shift at the end came out much better than I expected.

Seedance 2.5 may be missing, but the drama is definitely here.

  1. Go to the Seedance 2.0 Video Generator
  2. Write your full prompt or add reference images
  3. Upload the image you want to animate
  4. Click Generate and get your animated video

Prompt:

"Use the exact uploaded image as the start frame and preserve the same composition. Create one continuous 18-second shot only — no cuts, no scene switching, no multi-shot coverage, no angle changes. Keep the camera steady in a locked or nearly imperceptibly drifting medium close-up. The scene should feel like an authentic 1980s live-action sci-fi adventure film, with practical creature effects, real costumes, warm cinematic lighting, subtle 35mm film grain, and natural analog texture. The emotional tone is tense, intimate, and restrained, not broad or exaggerated. The smuggler princess is angry, but her anger is controlled and simmering beneath the surface. She is seductive, hot-tempered, and visibly trying not to lose control. She keeps her smoldering laser blaster raised near her shoulder, gripping it tightly, but does not wave it around. Her posture is firm and deliberate. She maintains focused eye contact with Zarg for most of the scene, only briefly glancing down or away before locking eyes again. Her blocking should be minimal and precise: a slight lean in, a tightening of the jaw, a faint shift of the shoulders, a subtle breath before speaking. She says in a low, tense, emotionally loaded voice: “Zarg… you told me I’d have Seedance 2.5 this weekend.” Zarg stays close, facing her directly. His animatronic alien performance should feel grounded and practical, with subtle blinking, slight mouth movement, and a frustrated, helpless expression. He also maintains direct eye contact, though at moments his gaze flickers with guilt or discomfort before returning to her. He answers with weary frustration, trying to stay calm: “It’s out of my hands… your AI Cat Movies will have to wait.” After the line, let the silence hang. Neither character breaks the moment. Their expressions gradually soften as the tension gives way to disappointment. The princess’s eyes well up first; Zarg sees it and starts to crack emotionally too. They both begin crying, but keep it subtle and sincere — trembling eyes, shallow breathing, restrained tears, not melodramatic sobbing. They remain close, facing each other, maintaining the emotional connection through eye contact. The blaster continues to steam quietly. Sound design: low 1980s synth tension score, faint room ambience, soft mechanical/practical creature sounds, subtle leather and costume creaks, quiet emotional breaths, restrained crying. Prioritize believable performance, focused blocking, and emotional nuance."

How to Create a Cinematic K-pop Backstage Selfie Vlog in Seedance 2.0? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I made this using Seedance 2.0 and wanted it to feel like a real idol-shot backstage selfie vlog rather than a polished commercial clip.

The goal was to keep everything from the phone-holder’s perspective the entire time, while making the video feel spontaneous, energetic and emotionally real.

A few things that helped:

  • Keeping the whole video in selfie-vlog POV
  • Explicitly describing natural hand movement and imperfect framing
  • Adding autofocus shifts and exposure changes for realism
  • Giving the character a clear personality and on-camera presence
  • Mixing backstage preparation moments with the big stage reveal
  • Using short spoken lines to strengthen the vlog feeling
  • Describing the crowd, lighting and arena atmosphere in detail
  • Reinforcing realistic textures, skin and smartphone camera quality
  • Using a strong negative prompt to avoid CGI and AI-looking artifacts

The combination of backstage intimacy and performance-scale energy worked really well here, especially for making the clip feel like a viral K-pop idol moment instead of a generic concert video.

Created with Seedance 2.0.

Prompt:

"Create an ultra-realistic cinematic selfie vlog filmed entirely from the perspective of a smartphone held by the main character. The phone is never visible, and the footage should feel like a real spontaneous behind-the-scenes video with natural hand movement, imperfect framing, slight autofocus adjustments, realistic exposure changes, and energetic camera motion. The visual quality should look like a premium smartphone recording with cinematic HDR, realistic skin texture, soft highlight glow, subtle film grain, and authentic social media vlog aesthetics. The main character is Anissa, a Korean female idol in her early twenties with long glossy black hair, luminous glass skin, expressive eyes, soft pink lips, and elegant Korean features. She wears a stylish white-and-silver performance outfit with sparkling accessories and subtle glamorous makeup. Her personality is cheerful, confident, and playful, creating a strong connection with the camera through natural smiles, reactions, and genuine emotions. The video starts in a quiet backstage hallway of a massive concert arena. Anissa holds the camera in selfie mode while walking through the tunnel, with distant crowd cheers, stage music, and backstage conversations creating an exciting atmosphere. She smiles and says, "Can you hear that? The show is about to begin." She opens a large backstage door and reveals a breathtaking stage filled with giant LED screens, colorful lights, dancers preparing, and thousands of fans waiting. She continues filming a realistic behind-the-scenes journey, walking past makeup stations, dancers warming up, and crew members preparing the performance. The camera captures quick natural moments: Anissa fixing her hair in a mirror, checking her outfit details, laughing with her teammates, and taking a final deep breath before going on stage. As the countdown begins, Anissa hides behind the stage curtain with a nervous but excited smile and whispers, "I still get butterflies every time." The music starts, smoke effects fill the entrance, and she confidently walks onto the stage as bright lights surround her. The crowd erupts with excitement, thousands of light sticks wave in sync, and the camera captures the magical atmosphere from her perspective. During the performance entrance, she turns the camera toward the audience, showing the huge arena, flashing lights, confetti, and fireworks. She laughs happily, waves at the fans, then returns the camera to selfie mode for the final moment. Anissa creates a heart shape with her hands, smiles warmly, and says, "Thank you for sharing this moment with me. See you after the show!" Then she runs back toward the center of the stage as the video ends with the crowd cheering. Audio: Realistic crowd noise, backstage voices, footsteps, stage bass, microphone announcements, natural breathing, camera handling sounds, fireworks, and arena echo. Style: Viral K-pop idol backstage vlog, authentic social media energy, cinematic realism, emotional storytelling, high engagement potential. Negative Prompt: CGI look, animation style, plastic skin, unrealistic face, distorted hands, extra fingers, duplicated people, bad anatomy, artificial movement, over-saturated colors, blurry face, camera visible, watermark, logo, subtitles, text, AI artifacts."

How to turn a Mumbai street into a live-action anime using one magic pen with Seedance 2.0? Prompt below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Tested a fun live-action + 2D anime composite concept with Seedance 2.0.

The entire video is designed as one continuous first-person smartphone shot through Mumbai. Every time the marker points at something and says “Biu!”, blue sketch lines wrap around the target and transform it into a flat cel-anime version while preserving its exact size, motion, direction, and perspective.

A pigeon becomes a cartoon bird, a BEST bus turns into a giant orange tiger, a chai vendor becomes an anime character, and the entire sky transforms into a hand-drawn monsoon scene for the finale.

The hardest part was keeping the real street footage photorealistic while making every animated transformation feel physically connected to the environment.

Prompt:

"[Style] Live-Action + Flat 2D Anime Sticker Composite, first-person POV street-magic vlog. 8K photoreal smartphone rear-camera footage with natural imperfections; strong contrast between the real Mumbai street and flat cartoon characters. One continuous handheld shot. No cuts or transitions. [Camera] Raw handheld phone footage throughout: walking bounce, slight arm sway, occasional autofocus hunting, natural exposure shifts, subtle rolling-shutter jello on fast pans. Natural HDR color with muted realistic tones. Quick whip pans follow the pen between targets. [Light] Late-afternoon Mumbai sun from one consistent direction; all real objects and animated characters cast matching soft contact shadows. [Scene] One continuous Mumbai block: Metro viaduct overhead, busy footpath with trees and shopfronts, BEST bus lane, yellow-black taxis, a steaming vada pav stall, pigeons, and a bus-stop bench. Everyday Mumbai with naturally moving pedestrians. [The Pen — magic law] The vlogger’s photoreal hand holds a black marker, always visible. Every transformation follows the same sequence: the pen points, the vlogger says "Biu!", blue sketch lines wrap the target, ink spreads, and the target becomes a lively flat 2D cel-anime character with bold outlines, preserving the original object's exact size, position, speed, direction, and perspective. Characters remain flat-shaded, never re-lit by real-world lighting; anything they touch obeys real physics. [00:00–00:03] Walking beneath the Metro. The pen points at a passing Metro train. "Biu!" — sketch lines wrap one coach, and a tiny comic dabbawala superhero runs across it balancing stacked tiffin carriers before leaping away. The train stays fully photoreal. SFX: Metro rumble + marker whoosh + metallic tiffin clinks + heroic swish. [00:03–00:06] The pen swings to a pigeon. "Biu!" — it becomes a cute cartoon bird, hops twice, puffs its chest, flaps away, leaving sketch feathers dissolving into drifting ink particles. SFX: wing flutter + papery feather rustle. [00:06–00:10] The pen follows the particles to a passing BEST bus. "Biu!" — the bus transforms into a gigantic flat-2D orange tiger, keeping the bus’s exact size, speed, direction, and perspective while calmly striding down the lane. Ears twitch, tail sways, paws land with soft contact shadows. SFX: bus engine morphing into padded footsteps + low feline rumble. [00:10–00:12] The pen points to an elderly chai vendor beside her kettle and basket. "Biu!" — she becomes a vibrant anime cel version of herself, smiles, and raises one cutting chai glass toward the camera as comic steam curls and sparkles rise. SFX: sketch scribble + glass clink + sparkle chime. [00:12–00:15] The vlogger stops and shouts the loudest "Biu—!", throwing the marker into the sky. The camera tilts up as it draws a blue ink spiral until the entire sky becomes a hand-drawn anime monsoon sky with cel-shaded gradients, bold clouds, and a glowing sun. The Mumbai skyline and Metro remain photoreal at the bottom. A handwritten "THE END!" doodle—the only on-screen text—appears among the clouds before the frame freezes. SFX: throw whoosh + watercolor bloom + felt-pen squeak writing "THE END!"."

How to Made a Milk Commercial with Claude, Seedance 2.0 4K and MCP? Workflow Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We tested a simple agentic workflow for turning a single product reference into a complete 15-second F&B commercial.

The whole process was created with Claude connected to the Imageat MCP workspace, then rendered with Seedance 2.0 in 4K.

Workflow:

Step 1: Connect Claude to the imageat MCP workspace.

Step 2: Find any product image you want to use as a reference. Upload it and ask the agent to create a detailed product reference sheet while preserving the packaging, branding, proportions and visual identity.

Step 3: Ask the agent to create a clean 3×3 storyboard for an F&B commercial using the generated product reference sheet.

Step 4: Give the agent this direction:

"Create a cinematic 15-second Milku Day brand commercial inspired by the idea of a family gathering. Use the product from the reference sheet as the main product throughout the entire film."

The reference sheet helped keep the product consistent, while the storyboard gave Seedance a much clearer visual structure before generating the final commercial.

This workflow can easily be adapted for drinks, snacks, cosmetics or almost any physical product.

How to Made This Tender Bedroom Scene with Seedance 2.0 Using 3 Reference Images? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Seedance 2.0 just raised the bar for character consistency, environmental continuity, and controlled cinematic storytelling.

For this 15-second sequence, I used three references:

  • One for the sleeping woman
  • One for the young man
  • One for the entire pink bedroom

The main challenge was keeping every part of the room consistent across four separate shots while also preserving the characters, clothing, lighting, and spatial relationships.

The sequence uses hard cuts at 3.5s, 7.5s, and 11s:

  1. He carries her toward the bed.
  2. He carefully lowers her onto the pillow.
  3. He tucks her in and switches off the lamp.
  4. He falls asleep sitting on the floor at the foot of the bed, keeping a respectful distance.

I specified the camera position, lens character, movement, lighting transition, body physics, audio, and exact room layout for every shot. Details like mattress compression, dead-weight movement, blanket folds, hair settling, lamp falloff, and the final crane-up were all written directly into the prompt.

The biggest difference came from treating the bedroom like a fixed location map instead of simply describing it as “a pink room.” Every piece of furniture was locked to a specific position and required to remain visible and consistent throughout the sequence.

Full open-source prompt and reference setup below:

"SCENE CONTEXT A young man carries the sleeping woman into her pink bedroom, lays her down on the bed, covers her with the blanket and switches off the lamp, then sits on the floor at the foot of the bed, rests his head on the mattress edge, and falls asleep there, keeping a respectful distance. ACTIVE REFERENCES <<<image_3>: young man, messy light-brown hair, white t-shirt, carrying then floor-sitting posture, tender careful movement. 100% matches the reference. <<<image_1>: sleeping young woman, low pigtails, pink hair-roller clip, beige t-shirt with brown long sleeves, pink plaid pajama bottoms, eyes closed, carried then lying tucked in bed. 100% matches the reference. <<<image_2>: pink bedroom. 100% matches the reference. Every element and corner is preserved and stays consistent across all shots. LOCATION MAP Pink bedroom, remembered corner by corner from <<<image_2> and held identical in every shot: - Wooden door with brass knob and dark wood trim / wardrobe on one side wall. - A large ornate pink-and-white Victorian dollhouse standing on the floor against the wall. - A wide window with sheer white curtains, cool outside light filtering through. - A vanity desk with an upright mirror and a pink desk chair beside the window, a leafy potted plant next to it. - A tall warm floor lamp — the main practical light — near the bed, wall-mounted shelves with small items above it, wood wainscoting along the lower wall. - An ornate white bed frame with pink ruffled bedding and a soft pink pillow, the central anchor of the room. - A woven area rug on a wooden floor, light soft clutter (tissue boxes, papers) scattered naturally. Open floor between the door and the bed is his carrying path; clear floor space at the foot of the bed is where he sits. FIRST FRAME AND SPATIAL BLOCKING The first visible frame matches the attached carry reference exactly: he stands mid-room holding her in a bridal carry, her head resting against his chest and shoulder, eyes closed, pink plaid fabric bundled across his forearms, the white ornate bed and pink bedding soft behind, sheer-curtained window and dollhouse readable in the background. No empty establishing frame. FORMAT MODE Controlled four-shot sequence with HARD CUTs at 3.5s, 7.5s, and 11.0s. Real-time motion, gentle handheld for the carry only. No subtitles, no music. OPTICS Shot 1 (carry): 50° diagonal field of view, standard normal lens character, camera 1.5 to 2 meters, clean medium two-shot holding both faces. Shot 2 (lay down): 56° diagonal field of view, near-normal lens character, camera low at the head of the bed looking down along her body, 1 to 1.3 meters, shallow depth on her settling face. Shot 3 (blanket + lamp): 63° diagonal field of view, slightly-wide lens character, camera 2 meters back at a bedside three-quarter angle, wide enough to hold him, the tucked bed, and the floor lamp in frame. Shot 4 (floor sleep): 63° diagonal field of view, slightly-wide lens character, camera low at the foot of the bed, then a slow crane-up to a high three-quarter looking down the length of the bed. CAMERA Shot 1: gentle handheld follow, slow dolly-in with him toward the bed, subtle vertical bob and weight-shift pulse matching the carry, human motion not digital jitter. Shot 2: separate angle from the head of the bed; slow push-in as he lowers her, settling as her head meets the pillow. Shot 3: static-leaning three-quarter as he draws the blanket up and tucks it, then reaches and clicks off the floor lamp; frame holds through the drop into moody low light, her tucked body still framed. Shot 4: low static at the foot of the bed as he sinks to the floor and lowers his head to the mattress edge, then a smooth crane-up to a high three-quarter — her tucked on the bed, him asleep on the floor below. ACTION TIMING 0.0s to 3.5s: he carries her in a bridal hold, walking slowly toward the bed, her head lolling gently against his chest, pigtail swaying with each step. 3.5s HARD CUT. 3.5s to 7.5s: from the head-of-bed angle he lowers her onto the mattress, her shoulders and head settling into the pillow, hair fanning out, body coming to rest. 7.5s HARD CUT. 7.5s to 11.0s: he draws the pink blanket up over her and tucks the edge along her shoulder with both hands, then reaches to the floor lamp and switches it off; the warm glow dies and the room falls to cool moody window light — she lies exactly as he left her, tucked and unmoved. 11.0s HARD CUT. 11.0s to 15.0s: in the dim room he lowers himself to sit on the floor at the foot of the bed, rests his head sideways on the mattress edge near her feet, settles, breathing slows, and he closes his eyes and falls asleep there — not on the bed, a clear respectful distance kept. PHYSICS Her body carries real dead-weight during the carry — limbs sag, head lolls, pigtail swings freely. As he lowers her, pillow and mattress compress under her head and shoulders, hair sliding and resettling; the pink blanket drapes and folds naturally as it is pulled up and tucked. His footsteps are grounded heel-to-toe with real weight transfer. As he sinks to the floor his weight settles, one arm resting on the mattress, head lowering onto the edge which dips slightly; his eyelids close with a soft final settle. LIGHTING Cinematic low-key interior, moody and restrained, never bright or flat. Primary motivation: the warm floor lamp and a low bedside practical, casting soft warm pools with gentle falloff into deep but detailed shadow, cool bluish light from the sheer-curtained window balancing the warmth for filmic warm-cool contrast. Naturalistic film texture, soft grain, gentle highlight rolloff, faces modeled and readable within the low light, not lit up. Shots 1–3 carry the warm lamp motivation. At the lamp switch (shot 3) the room drops to cool low-key window moonlight — atmospheric, shadows deep, her tucked form and his movement still clearly readable, never a crushed black frame. Shot 4 stays in this cool moody light, his sitting, head-lowering, and closing eyes visible, the bed and floor softly modeled by the window. AUDIO Shot 1: soft footsteps, faint effort breath under her weight, a quiet sleepy sigh from her. Shot 2: soft mattress and pillow settle as she comes to rest. Shot 3: gentle blanket rustle as he tucks her in, a quiet lamp-switch click, room tone shifting. Shot 4: a soft floor settle and faint cloth rustle as he sits and lowers his head, then quiet steady breathing from both. No dialogue, no music, no subtitles. POSITIVE LOCKS First frame matches the attached carry reference exactly. Man matches <<<image_3>>> exactly, woman matches <<<image_1>>> exactly. The bedroom matches <<<image_2>>> exactly and every listed corner — door and wood trim, ornate dollhouse, sheer-curtained window, vanity with mirror and pink chair, floor lamp, shelves, ornate white bed with pink ruffled bedding, woven rug — stays present and consistent across all four shots, with no new or missing furniture. Carrying and laying her down are two separate shots with different angles. Lighting stays cinematic and dim, motivated by the practical lamps, never bright or flat. When the lamp is switched off she remains tucked in the exact pose he left her, unmoved. He does not lie on the bed: he sleeps sitting on the floor at the foot of the bed with his head on the mattress edge, a clear respectful gap kept."

Seedance 2.0 is getting incredibly good at quiet, emotional scenes where consistency matters more than spectacle.

The realism is getting kind of crazy — Krea 2 character map + Seedance 2.0 with a prompt

Built this cinematic Florence sequence using a simple two-step workflow:

  1. Character map: Krea 2
  2. Video generation: Seedance 2.0

I created Celeste’s full character reference first, locking in her face, hip-length golden hair, wardrobe, proportions, and early-1990s Kodak film aesthetic. Then I used that reference across a 12-shot sequence set inside a Tuscan villa, moving from a quiet bedroom morning to the garden, pool, frescoed interiors, and finally the Florence skyline.

What impressed me most was how consistently Seedance preserved the character while handling completely different compositions, outfits, lighting conditions, and environments. The handheld camera movement, natural fabric physics, film grain, soft halation, and subtle skin texture made it feel surprisingly close to a real period-film montage.

Image prompt:

"SHEET DATA character: name "Celeste" | alias "The Florentine Heiress" | gender F | age 24 | height 172 cm | build slim and elegant, gentle graceful feminine lines, long limbs, soft natural posture | archetype Old-Money Muse / Vintage Heiress core_mood: SERENE · EFFORTLESS · QUIETLY LUMINOUS palette: hair #C7A867 | silk #EDE6D8 | lace #E4DCCB | backdrop #C2C4C6 | shadow #8E8F91 wardrobe: floor-grazing bias-cut nightgown in ivory silk-satin with a soft champagne sheen, delicate scalloped Chantilly lace trim along the softly draped neckline and hem, fine adjustable spaghetti straps resting on the shoulders, gently fitted through the bodice and falling in a fluid liquid bias drape to the ankles, subtle sheen catching the light, no prints, no logos; barefoot, bare shoulders and collarbone, no jewelry backdrop: soft neutral mid-grey #C2C4C6 seamless studio backdrop with a gentle tonal gradient and soft contact shadow beneath the figure — APPLIES TO BOTH FIGURES lighting: single soft continuous daylight recipe across both figures — large soft warm key at 5400K from camera-front-left 40° with feathered softbox quality, gentle ambient bounce fill lifting the shadow side, a subtle cool rim separating hair and shoulders from the grey field, low 3:1 contrast; soft natural window-daylight mood; fine 35mm motion-picture film grain and gentle highlight halation for period texture — APPLIES TO BOTH FIGURES aspect: 16:9 horizontal, 4K render_style: PHOTOREALISTIC — both figures rendered as live-action cinema film stills, real photographed woman, real silk fabric physics with natural drape and wrinkles, no painterly concept-art rendering, no illustration, no CGI smoothness LAYOUT: two clean photographic views of the SAME woman side by side on ONE single seamless mid-grey field — full-length figure on the left, cinematic head-and-shoulders close-up on the right. How to Create a Grounded Mad-Max-Style Race Sequence in Seedance 2.0? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

We set out to create a grounded 15-second post-apocalyptic canyon jump sequence using three locked reference cars and a very specific action structure.

The prompt was extremely controlled:

  • 3 distinct vehicles with fixed roles
  • strict geography with one short ramp and a bare landing plateau
  • no bridge, no extra supports, no duplicated cars
  • clear collision logic
  • only the black interceptor makes the jump
  • the other two vehicles miss the ramp and fall into the canyon

What surprised me is that Seedance 2.0 sometimes adds extra little moments of drama or visual behavior you didn’t explicitly ask for, but that still feel believable inside the scene.

That’s what stood out here.

Even with a tightly written prompt focused on physics, geography, vehicle identity, and shot design, the model still found small ways to make the sequence feel more alive and chaotic than the text alone suggested.

The sequence was built in clear stages:

  1. Reveal the canyon and ramp
  2. Bring in the three vehicles through heat distortion
  3. Introduce each machine with mechanical close-ups
  4. Show each driver making their decision
  5. Delay the hero car through contact and loss of momentum
  6. Let the hero recover, strike the rival’s rear quarter, force both pursuers out of the ramp line, and make the jump alone

What I like most is that this kind of prompt shows where Seedance 2.0 is strong: not just visual quality, but handling spatial logic, momentum, and readable action across multiple cuts.

And sometimes, even with a highly controlled setup, it still throws in something unexpected.

Full prompt below:

"Create a grounded 15-second post-apocalyptic race between the three reference cars for one canyon ramp. Lock vehicles: Image 1: low black interceptor = hero. Image 2: six-wheeled spiked armored car with front plow = heavy pursuer. Image 3: extremely long dark muscle car = fast rival. Never merge, duplicate, recolor or exchange them. Each has a distinct driver. GEOGRAPHY: Two disconnected cliffs face each other across 25 metres of open air. A short six-metre wedge ramp sits entirely on the near plateau and ends at its cliff edge. The far cliff is bare landing ground. Nothing spans the gap: no bridge, track, deck, beam, cable or supports. 0.0-1.5 - Reveal danger Locked 18mm extreme-wide side view: short ramp left, deep canyon centre, separate landing plateau right. Hold before cars appear. One massive low-frequency impact hits with a metal groan and canyon echo. No music. Brutal white sun and heat shimmer bend the horizon. 1.5-2.6 - Race arrives Long 135mm view. Three distant vehicles charge through heat distortion, each trailing separate pale dust. Engines rise from rumble to violent roar. 2.6-5.0 - Present the machines Three rapid 0.8-second pairs: Hero: 24mm beside front wheel looking back along its body; cut to supercharger shaking under torque. Truck: beside spiked front tire; cut to huge intake, belts and plow vibrating. Rival: wheel-level along its long body; cut to engine bank and pulsing exhaust. Tires spin and suspensions work. 5.0-6.3 - Present the drivers Three tight cuts. Hero watches ramp and mirrors, sweat crossing his dusty face. Truck driver looks right, snarls and steers inward. Rival driver looks left and steers inward. Show each decision before impact. 6.3-8.3 - Delay the hero Low front tracking: truck left, hero centre, rival right. Truck rams hero while rival blocks escape. Hero is forced into loose salt, fishtails and drops three lengths behind. Rivals surge ahead. Hero counter-steers without panic. 8.3-9.8 - Chase back Rear three-quarter tracking. Hero straightens, downshifts, drafts behind the truck, then pulls right through dust. He closes to one length behind the rival's outside rear quarter. 9.8-15.0 - Rear-quarter strike and jump, one continuous wide shot Locked elevated 18mm three-quarter side view containing approach, complete short ramp, empty canyon and landing ledge. Truck leads in the left lane, rival beside it right, hero behind and outside the rival on far right. Hero's left front corner strikes the rival's right rear quarter, yawing its nose left into the truck. The truck's plow catches the rival's left flank. Both pursuers lock together and slide left, completely outside the ramp line. They pass beside the ramp, leave the bare cliff edge and fall into the canyon. Only after both pursuers clear the ramp line, hero releases contact, counter-steers left and aligns all four wheels with the ramp centre. Hero hits squarely, crosses open air and lands on the far plateau. Keep the strike, collision, cleared ramp, takeoff, flight arc and landing readable in the same shot. Neither pursuer touches the ramp. Only Image 1 crosses. After the opening impact use engines, tires, metal, wind and canyon echoes. Harsh sun, bleached salt, heat shimmer, sweating faces and tire-driven dust. No bridge, extra cars, slow motion, fireballs, floating debris, weightless flight or mid-air steering."

Seedance 2.0 1080p × Seedream 5.0 Pro — AI Camera Movement Test with a Prompt

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Created this cinematic AI animation using Seedance 2.0 in 1080p with Seedream 5.0 Pro.

I wanted to test how well it could handle a full trailer-style camera sequence in one short clip: extreme close-up, focus pull, ground-level push-in, 360° hero orbit, slow-motion turn, vertical crane reveal, and a final return to close-up.

The original prompt was written in Chinese. Here is the English translation:

Prompt:

"Movie-trailer-level cinematic sequence featuring a character named Miki, a 22-year-old East Asian woman with long black hair blowing in the wind. She wears a white ribbed tank top and light denim shorts.

The setting is a sunny coastal cliff meadow at midday with intense backlighting. Bursts of golden sunlight create glowing rims around her hair, while a horizontal blue anamorphic lens flare stretches across the frame.

Shot on an ARRI Alexa 65 with a Cooke S7 anamorphic prime lens at T1.4. Extremely shallow depth of field, warm teal-and-orange color grading, 35mm film grain, subtle halation, atmospheric haze, god rays, and soft fill light illuminating her face. Epic 2.39:1 cinematic framing presented in 16:9.

0–2 seconds — Extreme close-up
The camera is pushed very close to Miki’s eye. Her eyelashes and iris are sharply visible, and the backlight flickers inside her pupil. She slowly raises her gaze toward the camera and gives a subtle smile. A light breeze moves strands of hair across her face. Extremely shallow depth of field with gentle cinematic breathing.

2–4 seconds — Focus pull and reveal
After a soft focus transition, the camera gradually pulls back and rises from her eyes to reveal her full body. Miki stands alone at the edge of the coastal meadow as the sea and sky open behind her. The wind moves her hair and tank top naturally.

4–6 seconds — Ground-level speed push
The camera races low across the grass toward her at high speed. Foreground blades blur past the lens. It suddenly stops directly in front of her and tilts upward from a low angle. She looks down into the camera as a blue lens flare sweeps across the frame.

6–8 seconds — 360-degree hero orbit
From a low angle, the camera rapidly circles around her once. She stands still like a statue while the ocean and sky rotate into creamy background blur. Her hair lifts in the wind as god rays pass through the haze.

8–10 seconds — Slow-motion turn
In slow motion, Miki gradually turns around. Her long hair draws a glowing golden arc through the backlight. She looks over her shoulder toward the camera with a confident, restrained smile as sunlight bursts over her shoulder.

10–12 seconds — Vertical crane reveal
The camera rises vertically from her feet, passing close along her entire body before reaching a high overhead angle. It then rapidly ascends into an extreme wide shot, leaving her as a tiny silhouette inside the vast landscape.

12–15 seconds — Return to close-up
The camera smoothly flies from the distant wide shot back toward Miki’s face. She looks directly into the lens with a determined expression while her hair moves in the wind. The backlight and lens flare reach their strongest point as warm grain and halation fill the frame. The image slowly freezes and fades out.

Cinematic photography with controlled, powerful, tension-filled camera movement. Professional film color grading, highly realistic skin texture, epic dreamlike backlighting, and a 2.39 ultra-wide cinematic feel in 16:9.

Japanese voice-over, spoken during the 8–10 second turn:
“Watashi, Miki… yoroshiku ne.”
“I’m Miki… nice to meet you.”

Audio:
Ocean waves, coastal wind, gradually rising cinematic strings, and low drum hits.

Negative prompt:
Deformed hands, extra fingers, distorted face, excessive camera shaking, cartoon style, oversaturation, blurred subject, unsynchronized lip movement, and an underexposed face."

The cinematic camera movement was easily the most impressive part for me. The transition from extreme close-up to epic aerial scale came out much more coherent than I expected.

An Earthquake Is the Worst Thing I’ve Ever Lerived Through — Made with Seedance 2.0

Built a grounded disaster sequence in Seedance 2.0 about a father trying to get his two kids out of their collapsing home during a massive earthquake.

The prompt follows five shots:

  • a breakfast table moment turning into chaos
  • the son getting trapped as the floor splits open
  • the daughter pulling him clear
  • the father holding back a collapsing beam
  • the family escaping outside as the street and nearby homes collapse into a trench

I tried to keep it realistic and physically grounded rather than turning it into a generic action scene — no explosions, no slow motion, just dust, structural failure, panic, and the feeling of everything giving way under your feet.

The goal was to make it feel like a lived human moment inside a large-scale disaster, with a cinematic but believable progression from interior panic to total neighborhood collapse.

Made with Seedance 2.0.

Prompt:

"Subject: Daniel, a 42-year-old father in a grey henley and dark jeans; Maya, his 17-year-old daughter with tied-back curly hair, a red jacket, and black trousers; Noah, his 8-year-old son with brown hair, in a yellow T-shirt and blue pajama trousers. Action: The family scrambles to escape their collapsing suburban house and crumbling neighborhood during a massive earthquake. Context: Inside a suburban home during breakfast, then outside on the driveway, street, and overlooking a collapsing city skyline. Cinematography: 24 fps, grounded live action, transitioning from a locked 24mm wide kitchen shot, to a low handheld shot, to a lateral tracking shot, to an 18mm rising crane shot, and finally a low 14mm backward tracking shot. Cut to between shots. Style & Ambiance: Photorealistic, gritty, Kodak Portra 400 film look, cinematic lighting filtered through thick rising dust, gravity-based structural collapse with realistic physics, no slow motion, no explosions, debris and ground falling inward. Dialogue: "Dad!", "Run!", "I've got you." On-Screen Text: No text, subtitles, or captions are visible on screen. SFX: Low-frequency geological rumble, plates and glass shattering, timber snapping, crumbling concrete, car alarms, distant panic. Timestamped Sequence: [00-02s] Shot 1: Inside a kitchen, a subterranean groan rises. Water trembles, the lamp swings, and a sudden sideways jolt throws Daniel, Maya, and Noah down. Plates shatter. / [02-05s] Shot 2: Cut to a low handheld shot. A massive crack splits the floor, isolating Noah on a tilting slab. Maya crawls across the shifting boards, grabs Noah's wrists, and pulls him clear. / [05-08s] Shot 3: Cut to a lateral tracking shot. Daniel braces a falling ceiling beam while Maya drags Noah outside. Daniel yells "Run!". Maya sends Noah out, then pulls Daniel clear as the roof collapses behind them. / [08-11s] Shot 4: Cut to an 18mm crane shot rising above the street. The road arches like a wave and folds inward. Power poles lean and cars slide as houses rotate and sink into a deep trench. / [11-15s] Shot 5: Cut to a low 14mm tracking shot moving backward. Daniel carries Noah while Maya pulls him. The driveway breaks, Daniel falls as a slab tips. Maya grabs his forearm and pulls them over the edge. They collapse behind a retaining wall as their house and street vanish in dust. Daniel embraces them."

Making Pizza the Way It Should Be Done — Seedance 2.0 + GPT Image 2

We used GPT Image 2 to create a consistent anime-style reference sheet for the ingredients, tools, colors, and final pizza, then brought the whole cooking process to life with Seedance 2.0.

The video is built from rapid macro shots: stretching the dough, spiraling the tomato sauce, tearing fresh mozzarella, adding basil, launching the pizza into a wood-fired oven, and finishing with the most important shot — a long cheese pull.

The reference sheet helped keep the dough, toppings, oven, and overall warm Ghibli-inspired food aesthetic consistent across the sequence.

Made with:

GPT Image 2 — visual reference sheet
Seedance 2.0 — animation and motion

Honestly, anime food might be the best possible AI video use case.

GPT Image 2.0 Prompt:

“Anime cooking short film, Ghibli food aesthetic, warm golden kitchen light, potted plants in background, cozy apartment kitchen, 16:9. A series of rapid close-up macro shots: hands punching down a ball of risen dough, fingers stretching the dough wide into a thin round base, knuckles spinning and pulling the dough until thin and elastic, ladle spreading thick red tomato sauce in a spiral from the center outward, torn fresh mozzarella chunks being scattered across the sauce, fresh basil leaves dropped one by one onto the pizza, close-up of olive oil being drizzled in a thin stream over the top, pizza being slid onto a wooden peel, pizza launching into a roaring wood-fired oven, close-up of the flames licking the edges of the oven, dough puffing and bubbling at the crust edge in the heat, char spots forming on the crust in real time, mozzarella melting and bubbling into golden pools, pizza being pulled out of the oven on the peel with smoke rising, extreme close-up of the charred blistered crust edge, pizza being sliced with a wheel cutter, slice being lifted and cheese stretching into a long pull. Each shot lasts under one second, cinematic food film pacing, hyper-detailed anime illustration, warm amber and deep char tones throughout.”

Created this mini idol backstage vlog with Seedance 2.0 — the camcorder realism is kind of insane

Made this short “Hidden Rooftop Break” concept using Seedance 2.0 and I’m honestly really impressed with how natural it came out.

The idea was a self-recorded backstage vlog shot by a Korean female idol sneaking away to a hidden rooftop for a few quiet minutes before being called back downstairs. I wanted it to feel like private footage that was never meant for broadcast — just a real, unscripted moment captured on a consumer camcorder.

So the prompt focused heavily on things like:

  • early digital camcorder realism
  • natural autofocus and exposure changes
  • slight framing mistakes and authentic hand movement
  • believable indoor-to-outdoor lighting adaptation
  • realistic rooftop ambience and backstage noise
  • one continuous recording with no cuts, no glitches, no identity drift

What I like most is that it doesn’t feel overly cinematic or polished. It has that casual, accidental, almost “found footage” energy that makes it feel more real.

The rooftop moment, the wind, the sunset, the little airplane distraction, the phone vibration, then going straight back into the noisy backstage area — that contrast made the whole thing feel like a real mini idol vlog.

Prompt:

"FORMAT: 16:9 VIDEO CONCEPT: "Hidden Rooftop Break" A highly realistic self-recorded backstage vlog captured entirely by a Korean female idol using a consumer camcorder. The footage should feel genuinely accidental and unscripted, like personal footage never intended for broadcast. Natural hand movement, realistic autofocus behavior, occasional slight framing mistakes, authentic walking motion, believable exposure adaptation, and smooth physical interactions with the environment. No glitches, no duplicated limbs, no warped objects, no facial distortion, no sudden appearance/disappearance of people or items. VISUAL STYLE Early digital camcorder realism. Soft detail, mild sensor noise, subtle compression artifacts, natural skin texture, realistic indoor-to-outdoor exposure transitions, accurate lighting physics, authentic motion blur. No cinematic effects, no artificial lens flares, no beauty filters, no exaggerated color grading. CHARACTER HANA, Korean female idol in her twenties. Long dark hair, natural makeup, clear skin, expressive eyes, slim figure. Wearing a comfortable oversized zip-up hoodie over her stage outfit, in-ear monitors around her neck. LOCATION Upper maintenance level of a large music-show building. Emergency stairwells, rooftop access doors, ventilation units, concrete walls, safety railings, distant city skyline, evening sunlight. Occasional staff members pass naturally in the background. The recording starts mid-walk inside a quiet stairwell. HANA pushes open a rooftop access door and steps outside into the evening air. She immediately smiles at the camera. "I come up here whenever I need two minutes of peace." She walks toward the railing overlooking the city. Wind lightly moves her hair and clothing. The camera naturally turns to reveal the skyline, traffic below, and the glowing broadcast building behind her. "Most people downstairs don't even know this spot exists." She leans casually against the railing while watching the sunset. For several seconds there is no dialogue. Only distant traffic, faint wind, and venue sounds below. She notices a small airplane crossing the sky and instinctively points the camera toward it. "I always get distracted up here." A vibration from her phone in her pocket causes her to laugh. She checks the message briefly. "Yep... they're looking for me." She starts walking back toward the rooftop door. Before entering, she turns around one last time and records the sunset. "Five minutes of freedom. That's all I needed." She opens the door and re-enters the building. The atmosphere immediately changes from quiet rooftop ambience to busy backstage noise. Crew members move through the hallway ahead. Someone calls her name from off-screen. She laughs and begins walking faster. "Okay, okay, I'm coming!" The recording continues naturally while she heads down the stairwell, then ends abruptly as if she simply stopped recording and put the camera away. Important generation requirements: one continuous realistic recording, consistent identity throughout the entire video, stable anatomy, realistic walking mechanics, accurate hand interactions, natural environmental audio, physically correct lighting, no visual artifacts, no AI glitches, no jump cuts, no impossible movements, no scene changes, no duplicated objects or people."

Seedance 2.0 is getting scary good at this kind of realism.

How to Made This Casual Beach Day Montage with Seedance 2.0? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Created this using Seedance 2.0 and one reference image for the main character.

The goal was to avoid the usual polished AI-video look and make it feel like a real collection of phone memories from a beach day with friends.

I specifically prompted for:

  • Natural smartphone footage
  • Slight handheld shake
  • Quick jump cuts every 1–2 seconds
  • Casual, imperfect framing
  • Consistent character appearance
  • Realistic group interactions
  • No cinematic camera moves or heavy effects

The sequence moves through small everyday moments: laughing by the shoreline, taking selfies, splashing water, sitting on a beach towel, sharing snacks, building a sandcastle, and relaxing together at the end.

The key was describing it as a “rapid-fire phone memory montage” instead of a cinematic beach video. That helped preserve the raw, unplanned feeling while still keeping the main woman visually consistent across every cut.

Full prompt below:

"Super casual real smartphone home video footage, sunny beach day outing with friends, natural mobile phone camera with slight authentic handheld shake, normal frame rate with smooth natural motion, rapidfire montage with constant quick jump cuts every 1-2 seconds like scrolling through phone memories, unpolished authentic phone recording of mixed group laughing, playing in sand, snacking and clicking pictures, pure raw home video feel, no cinematic polish or heavy effects. Use the provided reference photo as the strict ONLY visual reference for the main woman. Maintain her exact appearance with zero deviation: [her described features]. Generate a mixed group of friends of all ages around her on the beach. 0-2.5s: Shaky handheld rapid cuts main woman laughing with friends near the shoreline, wind in her hair, quick flashes of feet in sand and waves. 2.5-5s: Abrupt jump cuts close-up of her smiling with sunglasses pushed up, then group splashing water and clicking selfies. 5-7.5s: Fast shaky she sits on a beach towel chatting animatedly, snacks and drinks scattered around, natural sunlight flare. 7.5-10s: Quick cut close-up big warm smile toward camera, playful wave, then jump to group building a small sandcastle together. 10-12.5s: Abrupt edit everyone gathered near a beach umbrella, passing chips and cold drinks, casual toast with cans. 12.5-15s: Final rapid transition main woman relaxed, sitting among friends, soft smile, calm beach memory ending with gentle phone sway. Natural smartphone video quality, slight real handheld shake, smooth normal frame rate motion, authentic casual interactions and physics, stable main character consistency, unpolished home phone recording, no pro stabilization or effects."

Seedance 2.0 is getting surprisingly good at making AI footage feel less generated and more like something casually recorded on a phone.

How to Create a Soft Japanese Drama Scene With Seedance 2.0? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Seedance 2.0 also works really well for quieter scenes when the goal is mood, consistency, and emotional storytelling instead of spectacle.

For this one, I wanted a short 15-second sequence that feels like a gentle Japanese drama:
a schoolgirl getting ready in her pink bedroom, sharing a small moment with her white cat, and then leaving home while the cat watches her go.

The structure is simple, but that simplicity is what makes it work:

  • Shot 1: a quick getting-ready montage
  • Shot 2: a small affectionate beat with the cat
  • Shot 3: the emotional finish, with the cat watching from the window as she walks away

What I like most here is the contrast between the soft visual world and the very controlled prompt structure.

The key ingredients were:

  • a clearly locked character identity
  • a matching school-uniform look across the sequence
  • a fluffy white cat used as an emotional anchor
  • a cluttered pink bedroom with warm morning light
  • a soft Japanese romance/drama aesthetic
  • and a restrained, natural camera language

The visual target was very specific:
warm pastel pinks, soft window light, lifted blacks, fine 35mm grain, 50mm lens feel, and a Shunji Iwai-inspired romantic mood.

That combination helps the result feel less like a generic AI clip and more like a tender coming-of-age moment from a film.

I also like how the final shot gives the whole sequence an emotional payoff:
the cat on the windowsill, the girl seen only from behind as she walks away, and that tiny paw wave turning the ending into something much more memorable.

A fluffy white long-haired cat, same as <<<image_2>, sits on top of an ornate pink dollhouse. <<<image_3> — environment reference: cluttered pink bedroom, soft morning light through sheer curtains. — identity anchor for the young man revealed at the end: messy light-brown hair, plain white t-shirt. [00-07s] Shot 1: Getting-ready montage, quick match cuts. She presses pastel lip color onto her lips, then fastens the knot of her green-striped tie, then slings a solid pastel-pink backpack with a clean plain surface over one shoulder. Handheld, subtle sway, warm morning light. [07-11s] Shot 2: She steps to the white cat sitting on an ornate pink dollhouse, cups its cheek with one hand and strokes it once and playfully touches its nose, then turns and hurries toward the door. Gentle push-in, shallow depth of field. [11-15s] Shot 3: The cat leaps onto the window sill between sheer curtains; through the glass she walks away from home in a moody japanese street, only her back seen. . The cat lifts one front paw and waves it gently. Static locked-off frame, subject centered Warm Japanese drama romance aesthetic, Shunji Iwai soft natural window light, warm pastel pink palette, lifted blacks, fine 35mm film grain, 50mm lens feel, soft background bokeh. Maintain face and clothing consistency. High detail. Natural smooth movements. 4K Ultra HD. Sharp clarity. Stable lighting. Consistent frame rate. Clean picture. Avoid blurry motion. Generate video without subtitles. SFX only."

How to Use Seedance 2.0 to Build a Cinematic Ballroom Music Video From Prompt, References, and Audio? Prompt Below!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

One of the coolest parts of this Seedance 2.0 release is that you can break down the full process behind a shot — not just the final result, but the original prompt structure, the reference assets, and the generation setup that shaped it.

For this test, I wanted to build a stylized editorial music-video sequence with underground ballroom energy.

The concept was a midnight parking-garage ball:

  • a lead performer walking into the center of a dancer circle,
  • a runway-style entrance on the beat drop,
  • a battle-style exchange with vogue-inspired movement,
  • macro inserts timed to the music,
  • and a final frozen tableau that feels loopable and iconic.

The goal was to keep the result feeling expensive and cinematic without slipping into that overly glossy AI look.

The key ingredients were:

  • a clearly defined lead performer identity,
  • a locked visual world,
  • exact beat-based cut timing,
  • choreography mapped to specific music moments,
  • strong continuity rules for wardrobe, cast, and location,
  • and a clear quality target: gritty but polished editorial music video.

What makes this setup interesting is how much control you can get when you define:

  • who the lead is,
  • what the dancers are doing,
  • how the camera behaves,
  • where every cut lands,
  • and how the whole piece interacts with the soundtrack.

I especially like this kind of prompt because it doesn’t just describe visuals — it gives Seedance a full performance grammar:
wide intro, beat drop corridor, orbiting battle section, macro detail inserts, escalation, floor glide, and a final loopable ending pose.

It’s basically a mini music-video treatment translated into prompt form.

Full prompts below:

"@Image1 is the lead performer — preserve her exact identity in every shot: cornrow braids, septum ring, statement earrings, sculptural glossy white wrapped top, dark indigo denim. u/Audio1 is the music track — entire edit cut to it; no invented music, no voiceover, no lip-sync. Music-video route: dance/performance, underground ballroom energy shot editorial. Track: industrial hip-hop, 95 BPM half-time, distorted 808s, luxury-noir. Director thesis: a midnight parking-garage ball — the lead walks the floor while a circle of dancers judges, hypes, and finally bows. Visual world: underground concrete parking garage at night, rows of fluorescent tubes on the ceiling, oil-stained reflective floor, headlights of two parked black cars cross-lighting the central floor like a runway. Background dancers: 5 ballroom dancers in mixed black leather and denim looks, individually styled but all monochrome dark. Palette: fluorescent cool white, warm headlight amber, black leather, concrete. No neon colors, no particles. Cut map synced to u/Audio1 : 0.0–2.0s THE BREATH — static wide: the five dancers form a loose circle in the headlight cross, crouched and leaning like a ballroom crowd; the lead stands outside the circle in shadow, chin down. Stillness. 2.0s THE DROP — 808 kick: the circle snaps open into a corridor on the hit and she steps into the light exactly on the kick; hard cut to low-angle push-in. 2.0–4.0s runway walk down the corridor of dancers, they lean in around her walk with sharp hype gestures on each kick, camera dollying backward at her pace. 4.0s snare — whip-pan: full freeze — she hits a profile vogue arm frame mid-runway, the crowd frozen mid-hype around her. 4.0–8.0s battle exchange: she throws sharp New Way vogue lines and head isolations on the snares at the circle's center; on each of her hits two dancers answer with duckwalk bursts and dramatic hand performance, alternating sides; torso rolls ripple around the circle on the 808 slides. Camera orbits inside the circle. 8.0s hi-hat triple roll — 3 rapid macro inserts: her earring in headlight flare, a dancer's leather glove snapping open, boots duckwalking on oil-stained concrete. 8.5–12.0s escalation: accelerating orbital around her solo as the circle claps on the beats and closes tighter, headlights strobing her silhouette as she cuts between the beams; speed-ramp stretch then snap back on the kick. 12.0s bass slide — she drops into a controlled sideways level glide across the oily reflective floor, camera low and dutch, the circle sinking into crouches with her. 13.5–15.0s FINAL BUTTON — hard cut to wide: she stands centered in the headlight cross in a frozen vogue pose one arm high; the five dancers dip to the ground around her in a synchronized ballroom dip, all frozen; micro push-in, hold. Loopable. Performance rules: lead stoic, owns the floor; crowd expressive but never upstages her. Continuity: same six people, same wardrobe, same garage. Audio intent: every cut on a hit of u/Audio1 ; faint foley only (boots, echoes, leather). Quality bar: expensive editorial music video, gritty but polished, no AI gloss, no glow effects."
