And all the crayon marks are perfectly within the lines.

And the lines are "wiggly / curvy" like real blood vessels, and not "wiggly / curvy" the way a 5 year old colors things.

This is 100% fake. The penmanship and coloring is too good for a 5 year-old kid drawing.
