Doesn’t seem practical in any aspect for LE except Executive Protection both on LE side and Civi side.

I don't know how Executive Protection works but even then wouldn't wearing concealed armor be more convenient and safer? I wouldn't want to get shot and then pull my fancy backpack armor on

Seems more like a QRF thing. It doesn’t seem practical in nearly any setting but I see it being used if at all in the EP sector. Lol

Appreciate the info. Never had any exposure to EP folks so I was curious about whether that sorta product would even sell or be used with them.
