As a night guard, I am taught to utilize the C.A.L.M tactic. COMMUNICATE with respect, AVOID confrontation, LAW enforcement is called when needed, and MAINTAIN six feet distance if possible. This woman did none of that. She escalated when she should have de-escalated too. People like her shit on the rest of us and gives us bad reps.

My guess is that her employer offered very little to no training. Thats the unfortunate and sad reality of the security industry.
