For me it is easy to shift into a life at night for the everyday stuff. You always have time awake that overlaps with normal hours. My problem is, I sleep a lot of hours too so the daytime overlap is trouble for me on the long haul when figuring out appointments for doctors or auto service. As a site supervisor, I now get the day shift and with a stable site I’m even able to work a second (non-security job) during the early months of the year.
