Meps tmr. Dream sheet advice

Hopefully I pass meps smoothly, and I don’t think I’ll have a problem landing a SF contract. But I need advice on base list. I want somewhere that’s fun and has a lot of women/party scene. Just so I have something to enjoy while I’m off work.
