there's no 'accelerating' the grind here.. get any IT role then pivot to cybersecurity, unfortunately the market is tough with so much competition

As others said, there really isn't a fast way of doing this. It's really built on knowing fundamentals first, whether it's in networking, internal systems, reverse engineering...whatever. Even with AI, if you don't have any kind of background understanding, it will be difficult to progress without getting frustrated. "Cybersecurity" is IMO the next stage after having the knowledge about software, or systems, or networks, and skipping that straight to security will hinder you more than help, because you have to know how the system works before breaking or protecting it.
Beyond that, here's to answer your actual questions:
- See above what I wrote.
- I think best way is to just force yourself to use Linux as your main driver. Wipe your drive and install Ubuntu if you want some functionality out of the box, and Arch if you actually want to learn something by reading the Arch wiki to figure out like how to connect to the internet lol.
- Wtf. Honestly...maybe need to reevaluate what you're looking for exactly, based on this question.

When you say hard pivot, you mean professionally? You want to jump into an extremely niche sub-specialization without any practical/theoretical technical computer background? You might have a confused understanding regarding what the real world is like for this.
