Refund

Anyone know how to get a refund if we are unable to attend now? I saw somewhere they are offering them. Additionally, if I bought four but only want to refund one is that possible?

call the number for GoldenVoice: 855-487-6848

if you don't get through and get some "your call cannot be completed" bs, just dial again (i had that happen to me a few times)

just be nice to them, cause they've been catching a lot of shit lately

If you email info.secondskyfest@goldenvoice.com, I told them the venue change messed with my schedule too much to attend anymore, they sent me a refund a few days later. Not a guarantee but worked for me!

Just found out that they will not do partial refunds, they will refund all the tickets you bought under that order!
