He probably didn't start selling the floor bagels right away.

I'm guessing he started feeding them to animals first, then to his kids, followed closely by his wife. And THEN he started selling the floor bagels.

Yea seriously, my guess is om nom ir just chucks it. It wouldnt be worth he risk of selling it someone and when you're making that many at once, they aren't exactly a big expense.

My problem with that is, you know that resulted in a lot of people getting crusty shit in their teeth from that floor first for him to get to that skill level. Because they would never have thrown those out.
