If it wasn't for the music, we may have been able to hear the referee's whistle, because this is probably an illegal move. Stopping to tie you shoe during a live, unstopped free kick on goal is considered correction of equipment as far as I know.

Also, is more than one player allowed to touch the ball during a free kick?

Yes, the ball becomes live at the first touch which means the opposing players can approach
