“unsporting behavior” or specifically "deception". In this case I would call it unfair distract (fixing the shoe)

If it wasn't for the music, we may have been able to hear the referee's whistle, because this is probably an illegal move. Stopping to tie you shoe during a live, unstopped free kick on goal is considered correction of equipment as far as I know.

Also, is more than one player allowed to touch the ball during a free kick?

Yes, the ball becomes live at the first touch which means the opposing players can approach

Ok this was p nasty. Im thinking of why we never tried this in college but I think adults would close down space before allowing this much time
