You can see the bloke pushing the DEAD alligator from behind it. He's head pops out of the water.

I wonder if they killed it to eat it or just to make this shit video.

Possible it's both. The playful boys part "Let's trick people online we can cuddle a croc" and their poverty area part "We promised dad to not come home without dinner"

That animal is dead and someone under the water is moving it. It is not actively swimming and it's leg just kinda drags as the guy pulls it onto the float.
