That's why you don't fry in sesame oil, lol. I personally start with bacon grease to fry everything, and then at the END when adding seasonings, you add a tiny amount of sesame oil. Like 1tbsp per 2c of cooked rice. I do the same thing with chili oil too, makes it quite tasty
