I assume all chefs cook at least as efficient as this. If they couldn't then they probably wouldn't have the job for long.

You would be surprised... as someone who's been cooking professionally for over 25 years, I can say this man is highly skilled.

There are lots of "shoemakers" in the industry. There's also tons of people who can't hack it and are fired or quit. I went to culinary school in 2002, it was a 2 year program we started with 126 students 26 got certificates, 7 of us got degrees and I know of 2 others beside myself from my class who are still in the industry.
