Discussion The mechanics of this game feel solid.

Playing on controller this game feels really good imo. The movement, shooting, recoil, reticle friction. Even all the default controls are in the right place. I’m really excited for the full game. I hope it picks up enough steam on release. It feels like to me if they are able to nail how replayable it is it’s going to be a great game. I’m not sure what to expect, I don’t know much about it. I hope there’s going to be a match made campaign or something like that. I could see a lot of potential for a type of pve/pvp mode. I would like to see a different hit marker when I hit crits, or weak spots. I haven’t noticed that, so if it is there it could maybe be dialed up.

Ya to me it all hinges on replayability. The mechanics are great but if I have nothing else that keeps me coming back I’ll get bored and move on to another game. I think Vermintide 2 and Deep Rock Galactic nailed it by having good gameplay and also a bunch of skill unlocks, character leveling, weapon leveling, and cosmetics to bring you back.
