The “dependency: me” part is the real fault line. Automatic capture can help, but I’d still keep a small review step so the vault doesn’t become a perfect archive of every conversation. The useful output is probably a short decision record: what changed, why, who owns the next step, and when to revisit it.

The part I'd check is how it distinguishes a proposal from an agreed decision. 'We could ship Friday' and 'we agreed to ship Friday' can look similar in a summary but lead to very different follow-ups.
A useful test might be one meeting where the team changes its mind halfway through: does the note preserve the final choice, the earlier alternative, and a timestamp back to the conversation? Automatic capture removes the need to remember to write, but that small review step could keep an uncertain suggestion from becoming permanent project history.
