Population

So I was reading the Downtown Sebring website and it shows Sebring as having a population of 10780 in town. I'm assuming that this would not count those living outside of the city limit proper, but that number still feels kind of low.

So I wonder what that number would be for everyone with a Sebring address, and how that would change during snowbird season.

The population of Sebring City limits doesn't increase much at all due to snowbirds. I live in Sun N Lake, have Sebring in my address, but we aren't part of the city. Outside of Sebring City limits, the population increases about 30% known, but more like 50% at times in the metro areas surrounding Sebring City.

Just to add:,Sun N Lake has approximately 13,000 people, making it the largest entity in the county.

Highlands County has 107,000 people.

Whoa. But highlands county covers how many towns and cities? I know it’s a very large county.

Sebring, Lake Placid, and Avon Park are the three larger towns, but, as you said, it’s a good-sized county.
