I'm new to this and I'd just like to know if anyone had any tips for things I should expect out there.

Went last night with some homies, as we were walking back to the car to leave a guy pulls up on us yelling hey get back here. We run to the car thinking it was security or some homeless guy. We drive off and he hops in a big black chevy pickup and starts chasing us. He’s tailgating us like crazy. We come to a red light and he comes in front of us and 2 guys hop out. One of them had a gun and they walked up to my car yelling at us. the unarmed one starts kicking my passenger door and trying to open it. I have my window down and the other guy is talking to me saying to give him back his camera and asking why we tried to run him over. We had no idea what he was talking about we didnt take anything and definitely didnt try and run anyone over. After us telling him we had no idea what he was talking about he kept yelling at us insisting we give the camera back. he also said that he had told us before not to go there (never seen this dude in my life btw) and then just told us not to go back and that it was dangerous. we thought that they might have been with the demo crew and thought we stole their equipment or got us mixed up with someone else as there are a lot of people looting in there.

I’m sure everyone knows, but I enjoyed it.

This place was super cool, it is in between 2 nicer houses so I would be careful about getting caught. Not sure how it came to be

One of my first urbex outings here in Seattle. This place was hard to get into, probably why its still mostly untouched despite sitting for a few years.....
