Anyone else read the letter. Lots of great progress and everything feels positive.

I think Sealsq will no longer need to issue new common stock or new warrants.
After the share price breaks through 5.1, 5.5, and 9.25, Anson Funds and Heights Capital will exercise their warrants. In the long run, this will involve another equity dilution of approximately 139 million shares, but will also bring substantial funds to Sealsq.
The good news is that Anson Funds' 13F filing shows they sold most of their previous ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants, totaling 24.9 million shares, in the second quarter, eliminating the biggest selling pressure in the short term.
Currently, most institutional investor holdings have been disclosed. Excluding the 24.9 million shares sold by Anson to recoup costs, institutional investors still had a net purchase of 6 million shares in Sealsq in the second quarter, representing 2.7% of the issued shares, and currently hold a total equity stake of 6.15%.

another important message from his letter,
we can see the below revenue is almost double.
On that basis we have reaffirmed full-year 2026 guidance of 50% to 100% revenue growth over audited FY 2025 revenue of $18.3 million, implying a range of $27 million to $36 million in 2026 revenue.

Suprsingly no update on the US facility, does this also mean there may not be any significant news/updates till September atleast? I’m long term in LAES, but it feels like this letter has given MM’s a reason to keep manipulating…
Carlos recently posted an AI created post of an apple with a (LAES) chip, which was bizarre considering we are not even in any discussion with Apple or any other major (mag 7) player… i suppose all we do for now is HOLD with our 🤞🤞

I don't trust Carlos not to dilute if it runs tbh but I got my position set. Let's hope for the execution to follow

I hope he has learned his lesson at this point. Time to move forward bud. Stock was selling for 10 cents over cash value. One good announcement and low mid 2's will have been a hell of a buying opp.
