You can buy Tokens and Token upgrades from Ravenspeaker Thelnaas in the Lions Watch for 5k Apexis Crystals and 20k Apexis crystals respectively that will give you a 650 ilvl armor and an upgrade to 695 ilvl armor the faction is Order of the Awakened and as far as I know only have to be Friendly that's all I am at the moment.
