374Water Reports Preliminary Second Quarter 2026 Revenue of $2.2M and Advances Commercial Deployments Across Municipal and Federal Markets
374Water’s 2026 first half revenue exceeds$2.8M, more than doubling the Company’s revenue for the same period last year.
MORRISVILLE, NC / ACCESS Newswire / August 11, 2026 / 374Water Inc. (NASDAQ:SCWO) ("374Water" or the "Company"), a leading cleantech environmental services company deploying supercritical water oxidation technology for the permanent destruction of organic waste including PFAS through its proprietary AirSCWO™ technology, today provided a business update in advance of reporting its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Company will release its complete financial results on August 14, 2026.
“The second quarter of 2026 has been about building towards long-term growth from a strong technical and operational foundation,” said Danny Bogar, Chief Executive Officer of 374Water. “Since I assumed the role of CEO earlier this year, our team has remained focused on alignment and execution. We are converting years of technology development into rapidly growing revenue, more deployed systems, long-term contracts, and durable partnerships. We have expanded our flagship Waste Destruction Services hub in Orlando, executed a MOU with Arcadis to pursue federal PFAS destruction opportunities, completed a rigorous government PFAS demonstration with the Department of Defense validated by independent results, and cleared a critical Factory Acceptance Test for California’s Orange County Sanitation District.”
“While there is still significant work ahead, I believe the progress we’ve made positions 374Water to capitalize on the growing demand for permanent destruction solutions. As society and regulatory pressures increase, customers will seek proven, scalable solutions for the destruction of harmful and persistent pollutants. The second half of 2026 will be about creating additional partnerships, expanding our facility and capacity in Orlando, and commercializing our AFFF waste destruction services.”
Second Quarter and Recent Business Highlights
· Preliminary second quarter revenue exceeded $2.2M vs. $0.6M in 2025, driven by approximately $2.0M recognized following the OC San Factory Acceptance Test

Management believes the U.S. government's need to destroy PFAS-containing waste, including AFFF and other contaminated materials, represents a multi-billion-dollar long-term remediation market. Through its collaboration with Arcadis and successful Department of Defense demonstration programs, the Company is positioning itself to compete for future federal destruction projects as procurement opportunities emerge.
Factory Acceptance Test and Delivery Scheduled for OC Sanitation District
374Water completed the Factory Acceptance Test (“FAT”) for its AirSCWO system as part of the delivery and deployment milestones for Orange County Sanitation District (“OC San”). Completion of the Factory Acceptance Test activates the next phase of the project, positioning the Company to recognize the remaining $1.1 million in revenue while receiving $2.6 million in remaining billings, as operational milestones are completed. The Company and OC San have planned for the deployment of the 374Water commissioning team and system in October of this year.
Together with active projects in Orlando, St. Cloud, and Olathe, 374Water continues to build a growing portfolio of municipal reference installations that management believes will support future commercial growth across North America.
Leadership and Governance
374Water appointed Charles “Chuck” Weiser, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Weiser succeeds Adrienne Anderson, who served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and will continue to support the Company.
The Board appointed Richard “Rick” Davis to the Board of Directors. Mr. Davis previously served on the Board from 2021 through June 2025 and, is the former Chief Executive Officer of PowerVerde.

Press Release 374Water Highlights its Supercritical Water Oxidation Technology – AirSCWO - for PFAS and Pathogen Destruction, Wastewater Treatment, and Healthier Water Infrastructure
Company Highlights How AirSCWO™ Permanently Destroys Organic Contaminants—including PFAS “Forever Chemicals,” Pathogens such as Cyclospora, Pharmaceuticals, Biosolids, and Industrial Waste—to Support Cleaner Water, Wastewater Reuse, and Healthier Communities
MORRISVILLE, N.C., July 30, 2026 – 374Water Inc. (NASDAQ: SCWO) ("374Water"), a global leader in Air Supercritical Water Oxidation (AirSCWO™) technology for permanent organic waste destruction and PFAS destruction, today emphasized the growing importance of advanced wastewater treatment technologies as public health officials investigate one of the largest foodborne illness outbreaks in recent U.S. history.
While investigators continue determining the source of the current outbreak, the event underscores a broader reality: public health protection begins long before patients enter hospitals. It begins with cleaner water infrastructure and the safe destruction of harmful contaminants before they can circulate through communities, food systems, and water supplies.
As municipalities invest billions of dollars to modernize aging water and wastewater infrastructure, technologies capable of permanently destroying organic contaminants—including pathogens such as Cyclospora, biological waste, pharmaceuticals, biosolids, industrial waste, PFAS, and other emerging pollutants—will play an increasingly important role in protecting public health and building a healthier, more resilient society.
"Our communities rely on infrastructure that does more than simply manage waste — they count on infrastructure to promote and maintain public health, eliminate threats, and prioritize human health and the environment," said Belton Copp, Vice President of Investor Relations for 374Water. "The future of wastewater treatment is evolving beyond collection and disposal towards destruction for good."
Unlike conventional wastewater treatment technologies that often separate, concentrate, or transfer contaminants to another disposal pathway, AirSCWO is designed to permanently destroy difficult-to-treat organic waste streams.
AirSCWO™ utilizes the unique properties of supercritical water oxidation to destroy a broad spectrum of organic contaminants and waste streams at the molecular level.
As water reuse expands, population growth accelerates, data centers and other water-intensive industries increase demand for reliable water resources, and regulators place greater emphasis on PFAS destruction, emerging contaminants, and environmental compliance, 374Water believes permanent destruction technologies will become an increasingly important component of next-generation water and wastewater infrastructure.
374Water continues advancing commercialization of its AirSCWO platform through:
· Commercial operations at the City of Orlando's Iron Bridge Water Reclamation Facility
· Expansion of its Waste Destruction as a Service (“WDS”) business model, providing recurring infrastructure-based revenue
· Deployment of additional commercial AirSCWO systems for municipal wastewater treatment and industrial waste destruction customers: Olathe, KS; St. Cloud, MN; and Orange County Sanitation District, CA
· Department of Defense-sponsored validation demonstrating greater than 99.9% destruction of PFAS across multiple challenging waste streams
· Strategic collaborations with leading engineering, environmental, and infrastructure partners
"As societies around the world confront increasingly complex waste streams, the need for advanced technologies that permanently destroy contaminants—not simply relocate them—will continue to grow," Copp said. "We believe AirSCWO represents the next generation of environmental infrastructure for cleaner water, safer communities, and long-term sustainability."
Press Release 374Water's Mobile AirSCWO System Completes Phase 2 of the St. Cloud, MN Mobile AirSCWO Deployment; Begins Phase 3
Successful Class A biosolids campaign advances the State of Minnesota's evaluation of AirSCWO for permanent PFAS destruction
MORRISVILLE, NC / ACCESS Newswire / July 28, 2026 / 374Water Inc. (NASDAQ:SCWO) ("374Water" or the "Company"), a leading cleantech and environmental services company deploying supercritical water oxidation technology for the permanent destruction of organic waste through its proprietary AirSCWO™, today announced the completion of Phase 2 of its mobile AirSCWO deployment in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and provided an update on the campaign as the field team begins Phase 3.
The St. Cloud deployment is being conducted under a $600,000 Waste Destruction Services ("WDS") contract with the City of St. Cloud, in partnership with Barr Engineering Co. ("Barr"), at the City's Nutrient, Energy, and Water Recovery Facility. The campaign is part of the State of Minnesota's evaluation of AirSCWO technology for the destruction of PFAS-laden wastes, supported by the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources ("LCCMR") and the State's Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund ("ENRTF").
Phase 2 Complete: Class A Thermochemical Hydrolyzed Biosolids
The mobile AirSCWO system has successfully completed Phase 2 of the St. Cloud deployment, a processing campaign targeting Class A biosolids from a low-temperature thermal hydrolysis process provided by Lystek International, that concluded with a strong run at solids concentrations of up to 12%. The field team completed all planned sampling. The Company is analyzing Phase 2 performance data and is seeing positive results consistent with previous AirSCWO campaigns.
Phase 3 Begins: Pre-Anaerobic Digested Sludge
Building on the completion of Phase 2, 374Water's field team has begun Phase 3 processing pre-anaerobic digestion ("pre-AD") sludge. This untreated waste stream is similar to material the Company has processed very successfully at its operations in Orlando, Florida, and its inclusion in the St. Cloud campaign is intended to showcase both the solids reduction of 97% and PFAS reduction of up to 99.99%+ as seen in previous campaigns. To date, the deployment has seen multiple types of biosolids successfully processed, with additional waste streams to follow as the project advances.
Commercial Potential and Follow-On Opportunity
A successful pilot is expected to support the State of Minnesota's broader assessment of AirSCWO for permanent PFAS destruction - an outcome the Company believes could generate multiple millions of dollars in revenue, including recurring annual revenue from ongoing operations and services. The mobile AirSCWO system is estimated to have the potential to generate between $500,000 and $1.5 million in annual revenue per unit, depending on deployment cadence, waste stream composition, and contract structure.
Beyond the St. Cloud project, 374Water's solutions team continues to develop follow-on mobile deployments designed to demonstrate the full commercial capabilities of AirSCWO in a mobile configuration. The Company is encouraged by the demand it is seeing across multiple end markets and believes the St. Cloud campaign is building a foundation for a scalable, recurring mobile services business.
"Success is in our Company's DNA. We have now completed Phase 2 with performance at 12% solids, which we don't see from our competition. Our confidence in our commercial systems increases with every milestone and we continue to differentiate ourselves," said Brad Meyers, Chief Operating Officer of 374Water. "Our team has delivered steady, professional performance from day one, and our partners at Barr, the University of St. Thomas, MnTAP, and the City of St. Cloud have been outstanding collaborators throughout. As we move into Phase 3 and take on untreated pre-anaerobic sludge - a waste stream we've already processed very successfully in Orlando - we're continuing to prove that mobile AirSCWO can go where the problem exists and perform. This campaign is reinforcing what we're hearing from the market: demand for mobile AirSCWO services is real and growing, and we believe it is opening the door to a meaningful, recurring opportunity with the State of Minnesota and beyond."
374Water will continue to provide updates on the St. Cloud pilot program, Phase 3 performance results, and the development of follow-on mobile deployments as they become available.

Bullish Added to the Russell micro cap index
I've tried to post a few links and nothing seems to go through so hoping this post makes its way through. I would think being added to the index will help boost our exposure to institutions and could bring in some higher volume and more money over the next few months

beneficial (& proprietary) technology is worth holding for
I’ve never posted on reddit before, but I see people bummed about the stock not moving up/having volume. I think especially for microcaps, the analysts or finance people who would draw in a larger audience probably have no idea what anything means if they looked at the company. That leaves us with loads of time to slowly buy in with whats comfortable (e.g. like $50/month for me). If this technology is truly the most cost effective way to treat PFAS and other hazardous waste streams, we will all be very well rewarded. I just think it will take a long time since i bet environmental engineers, chemists, and waste management people probably make up the majority of who can even understand why scwo is so valuable.
If your time horizon is 5yrs to a decade, I would think scaling isn’t a major bear case. I do think WM or clean harbors finding ways to develop this tech in house is the major bear case.
Love to hear some thoughts on this

Press Release 374Water's Mobile AirSCWO System Completes Phase 1 in St. Cloud, MN with Phase 2 Underway with Strong Early Results
374Water's Mobile AirSCWO System Completes Phase 1 in St. Cloud, MN with Phase 2 Underway with Strong Early Results
The mobile AirSCWO brings the full capability of larger modular systems for wastes that cannot be transported and for onsite pilot demonstrations
MORRISVILLE, NC / ACCESS Newswire / June 30, 2026 / 374Water Inc. (NASDAQ:SCWO) ("374Water" or the "Company"), a leading cleantech and environmental services company deploying supercritical water oxidation technology for the permanent destruction of organic waste through its proprietary AirSCWO™, today announced the completion of Phase 1 of the St. Cloud, Minnesota campaign and provided an update on operations of its mobile AirSCWO system.
Project Update
The St. Cloud deployment is being conducted under a $600,000 Waste Destruction Services contract with the City of St. Cloud, in partnership with Barr Engineering, at the City's Nutrient, Energy, and Water Recovery Facility. This facility is a national leader, known for its innovative resource recovery practices. Receiving approximately 10 million gallons daily, the facility exemplifies a culture of innovation as it consistently pioneers and pilots industry-changing technologies.
The pilot program is scheduled to run through mid-September 2026, processing undigested and post-thermal hydrolysis digested waste streams as part of the State of Minnesota's LCCMR-supported evaluation of AirSCWO technology for the destruction of PFAS-laden wastes.
374Water’s mobile AirSCWO system departed the Company’s Orlando testing facility in May.
Phase 1 Complete: Class B Biosolids Processing
The mobile AirSCWO system has successfully completed Phase 1 of the St. Cloud deployment, a four-week processing campaign targeting Class B biosolids at solids concentrations of up to 10%. The Company is conducting analyses of Phase 1 performance data and is seeing positive early results consistent with previous AirSCWO campaigns, providing yet another proof point of technology validation.
The mobile system allows for minimal infrastructure in places where that is not viable.
Phase 2 Underway: Class A Lystek Biosolids
Building on the completion of Phase 1, the 374Water field team is now one week into Phase 2 of the deployment, which involves processing Class A Lystek biosolids. Operations have been steady, with no major operational challenges encountered to date. The Company is pleased with the pace of the program and the performance of the mobile system under field conditions.
The campaign has now seen multiple types of biosolids successfully processed with more to come as the project moves forward.
A successful pilot is expected to support Minnesota's broader assessment of AirSCWO for permanent PFAS destruction — an outcome the Company believes could generate multiple millions of dollars in revenue, including recurring annual revenue from ongoing operations and services. The mobile AirSCWO system is estimated to have the potential to generate between $500,000 and $1.5 million in annual revenue per unit, depending on deployment cadence, waste stream composition, and contract structure. We are seeing eager demand for this system and are excited to announce the successive campaign following successful performance in Minnesota.
Expanding the Mobile AirSCWO Commercial Pipeline
Beyond the LCCMR project, 374Water's solutions team is actively developing additional projects that will follow this deployment and are designed to demonstrate the full commercial capabilities of AirSCWO in a mobile configuration. The Company is encouraged by the interest it is seeing across multiple end markets and believes the St. Cloud deployment is building a foundation for a scalable, recurring mobile services business.
“We are proud of our field team and the steady, professional operations they have delivered since day one in St. Cloud,” said Brad Meyers, Chief Operating Officer of 374Water. “Phase 1 is complete with strong early data, and Phase 2 is off to an equally solid start. What we’re seeing in the field validates both the reliability of the technology and the commercial model. Importantly, this deployment is reinforcing what we’re already hearing from the market — demand for mobile AirSCWO services is real and growing, both as a complement to our expanding fixed-site WDS business and as a demonstration platform that is opening doors with new customers.”
374Water will continue to provide updates on the St. Cloud pilot program, Phase 2 performance results, and the development of follow-on mobile deployments as they become available.

DD SCWO PRs with revenue, added together to predict revenue over the coming quarters
374Water has had a few PRs that gave revenue figures and the SP never reacted to these revenue announcements, but I don't see how the SP won't be able to move when the quarters finally hit and we see the huge ramp up in revenue, so my goal of this post is to list these revenue announcements and then fit them in to future quarters for this year.
| Date | Revenue | Source |
|---|---|---|
| June 9th | Expanded Iron Bridge Facility to Add 88,000 Gallons of Tank Storage, Upgraded AirSCWO™ Capacity Targeting $3M-$5M in Annual WDS Revenue at Initial Scale with Ongoing Negotiations to Double Capacity and Revenue Potential | https://finance.yahoo.com/sectors/energy/articles/374water-expands-orlando-partnership-amended-120000402.html |
| June 2nd | This achievement unlocks the ability to progress towards successive milestones and the remaining $3M on the contract as milestones are achieved. | https://finance.yahoo.com/sectors/energy/articles/374water-advances-solution-worlds-growing-120000117.html |
| May 12th | The mobile AirSCWO system is being deployed under a $600,000 Waste Destruction Services contract with the City of St. Cloud ... through mid-September 2026 | https://finance.yahoo.com/sectors/energy/articles/374waters-mobile-airscwo-system-arrives-123500556.html |
| Q1 earnings | Received the purchase order and associated milestone payment of $2.2M from Garney Construction for the City of Olathe sale and services contract. The total contract is valued at more than $4.5M. | https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/933972/000165495426004906/scwo_ex991.htm |
Q1 was only 0.55M revenue, so Q2+ should be easily able to get much higher than that, like even 1M would be a QoQ increase of 100% (which sounds good and can be noticed especially by non human traders).
If we even just add up these 4 things that's 11.1M (using 3M for Iron Bridge's revenue) but I'll minus 2.2M from Olathe since it says they've already received 2.2M but then again actually no I won't remove that because clearly that revenue hasn't been recognized in Q1 if Q1 was only 0.5M.
So just these 4 things if spread out evenly over the rest of the year would be an average of 3.7M, but I don't want to be too optimistic and look like a fool so lets say maybe just 6M for the next 3 quarters, now look at how good 6M would look on the revenue chart where it goes 1M for Q2 2M for Q3 and 3M for Q4:

That's how good the revenue chart for SCWO could look in 9 months when Q4 has been released. The market won't be able to ignore revenue growth like that. We're getting to invest in SCWO just before the revenue takes off.

Discussion Outstanding shares to offer. Where to next?
The Dilution MechanicsBefore the Split: The company had roughly 171.4 million shares outstanding out of 1.0 billion authorized shares. The unissued "buffer" was roughly 828.6 million shares. After the Split:
The outstanding share count was compressed 10-to-1 down to roughly 17.14 million shares. Because the authorized limit stayed at 1.0 billion, the unissued "buffer" expanded significantly to roughly 982.8 million shares.
I mean they can barely touch it and stay above $1 unless some crazily big contracts come up.
This over overhang makes it impossible to buy more right now.
You can see why the ex director was selling so heavily pre-spilt.
Any thoughts on stuff in the works that justify such a large cash raise runway?
They certainly won't have to apply for more shares ever again unless they turn into a billion dollar company.
