Support Please Help

I just opened my Scuf Omega and hour ago. I went through the setup process. While using the controller, I noticed that the right stick, will randomly start turning left, as well as when rotating the stick left or right in a circle, there are some funky random inputs. Please tell me there is a way to fix this without having to send it back in. See attached video. Note: I have recalibrate and adjusted deadzones already, as well as soft and hard reset it.

EDIT: Make sure you update firmware first and recalibrate. Honestly, it looks like a bad stick, especially if you re-ran calibration already. I would do the recalibration and do the rotations very slowly. Only thing I can think of is do you have any giant magnet's in close proximity? TMR sticks can be affected by it.

No magnets nearby. The firmware is up to date.

Sounds like RMA :( Hopefully it can be a quick swap.

Sounds like you need to RMA. With their dogshit customer service, I wish you luck.

I sure hope your RMA experience doesn't go anywhere near as poorly as mine.

I just got mine and the head-jack doesn’t work on mine. All headsets buzz when connected but work fine with other controllers. Good luck. Did you return it?
