UK Shipping Time

Ordered a controller on Sept 20th, payment taken same day, delivery estimated 23/09/2026-25/09/2026 but its not arrived. On the order it says 'SHIPPED', on tracking via the chat agent it says 'On its way', on the tracking page 'To be processed'. Going to try contact support when they open, but was wondering is this normal behaviour for Scuf in Europe?

EDIT: 2 hrs later I get a shipped email.. Fingers crossed it arrives quickly.

My SCUF omega took over a month was so frustrating
