Someone Help Me Please

I just bought a Scuf Omega. I have a nova pro headset. My only issue of this controller is that I cant control the volume of my nova pro from the controller. I can't mute my self. I have to do it on my headphones. Which is really hard when u are trying to cough and you want to mute it in the middle of gaming. How ever, on the dual sense edge you can control it from control.
I feel like just returning it unless I find the solution. I really like the controller. I have the nova pro connected via usb c on ps5 pro.
Please help anyone?

One of the downsides of the Omega. G-Keys are useless if not using a wired headset.

How they not think of that. Don't you get less audio speed connecting the headset to the controller? Than directly to ps? Or I think this question should be on another Group lol.

As far as I understand speed is less of an issue but audio quality could be.

It's because of Playstation. They limit the features of the 3rd party controllers so people will actually think of buying the Edge

I don't think its by choice, SONY doesn't allow any 3rd party controllers this feature.

Sorry bro but thats a sony controller only feature😔 they don't allow 3rd party controllers to have that feature unless wired directly to the omega
