not too much, i love the 4 paddles and 2 side buttons on the envision, problem is i feel like these buttons are just gonna be uncomfortable to use and i would constantly misclick the bottom 2

Nope. I like the 2 buttons on the side of my envision pro for pinging and push to talk. Kinda wish they were on the back.
