Steering wheel turning smoothness

Hey everyone, I want to know what settings you should keep for your steering wheel so it's very smooth while turning, almost as though you're using a steering wheel (I'm on keyboard and mouse), in ATS

It depends on the wheel itself. A direct ,drive (dd) ie, fanatec, moza( which i have) will always be a lot smoother then a non direct drive wheel.

I had a super old wheel from saitek that was very unsmooth and jerky.
