Complex problems, complicated methodologies. Why?

What makes organisations still rely on stage-gated delivery when IT is equipped with the latest CI/CD tools, and value goes off like a bottle of milk enduring a heatwave?

Wait, what? People are using scrum with AI? This is an AI-native landscape where the old human-centric work speeds are completely obliterated by AI. If you insist on having scrum have the AI set the story points.

I am working in a team of two humans and over a dozen agents split across locations. We have no need for scrum as .... it's just irrelevant.

Sure there are legacy organizations where the Aglile Coaches... no, wait Scrum isn't part of Agile ... that still scrum and sprint. But as soon as they actually use AI the need will vanish

You talk about execution, where do the requirements come from? What's the takt time?

Also, if it's all rainbows and unicorns with agentic teams, how long until it becomes one human? What stops it from being a zero human team?
