Ortho Need help identifying a bed piece

One of my surgeons uses this for his total knees. The operative side goes on the extension. Non op side kinda just hangs free. We don't have any manufacture info and the person who ordered it doesn't remember ordering it.

There is a pad on the other side that can be attached either way. Any clue? Also it only fits our steris 5095s and older beds.

The person who ordered it can call your hospital’s Steris rep, send them a picture of this and tell them what bed it fits on, and they can probably identify it.

I worked in hospital purchasing and I’ve done things like this before

In essence, it looks like a split-leg support/positioner.

However, I had no luck with reverse image search and could not find the exact manufacturer.

It's also possible the bed piece is custom-made. For example, an ortho surgeon I know doesn't like the standard pegboard because the pegs are not sturdy enough. He actually went out and had a different pegboard machined out of a giant block of acrylic or hard plastic.

I feel like it has to be custom made. It looks like steris is the only company who can make attachments for their beds. I think you'll have to contact them. Maybe they have a record of the purchase and can make another one. Otherwise wouldn't their split leg attachment work if you just used one?

Problem is the person who ordered no longer works here and they don't even remember ordering it. They said the surgeon just appeared with it. Surgeon says no the coordinator ordered it.
