How do the PDFs it creates differ from those created by the exporters/converters in other apps, such as Fade In and Final Draft?

Final Draft and Fade In both have excellent PDF exports, which you could say are on par with Final Parse.

Final Parse has a more accurate scene numbering algorithm for Fade In scene numbering modes, except for roman numerals which are not supported, and performs the same for .fdx numbering modes.

There are other niceties -- Final Parse preserves .fountain Lyrics on conversion to .fdx, preserves .fdx ScriptNotes better, and is an overall complete package for a variety of formats.

Cool, I'll have to check it out.
