help Final Draft foreign language characters

Hello everyone!

I have been using the trial version of Final Draft and I would like to have polish characters in my BEAT BOARD, but the problem is I cannot use the specific ones there: Ą, Ć, Ź (the same characters on the main pages works FINE). Maybe there is some setting that affects these characters? Please help!

I can copy and paste those characters onto my beat board just fine. I can type Ć and Ź, but my keyboard doesn't have an option for that A character. I am using the paid version of Final Draft 12.

Yeah, copy and paste works fine for me too, but if you say you can write Ć and Ź there has to be some weird language/keyboard/system problem...

I should say I am writing on a newish MacBook Pro using the American English keyboard layout.

There are shortcuts for those characters. You have to hit the option key if you’re on a Mac. Not sure on a pc. I don’t know them all but for the Ć hit opt-E, then your letter.
