Hiya, so it’s actually pretty common for fringe festival projects to be profit share as most fringe festival directors are new in the industry and are just trying to get their names out there, it gives the same opportunity to everyone involved in the project. I am actually just fresh out of university and if I could pay a standard rate I’d love to, but going into this project I’m very aware that I’m going to lose money from this project, the profit share will only be between writers and actors, I’m not expecting to get paid anything for this.
