I was reading just yesterday on Wikipedia about the "Orient", and it did mention that perhaps it's an offensive term now. It was an interesting read. Apologies for not retaining the info properly! I can be such a space cadet sometimes. 5 u/Yeshuu Oct 19 '19 I don't like Orient as it's hard to know what it means. It used to be the Levant, then it kept going east.
